So you had to do both the key poses and the inbetweens, I thought you only do it that way if someone else is doing the inbetween, if your doing the whole thing wouldn't you draw it from start to finish.

You draw everything that's going to happen in the animation first so you have a clear overview and can take care of volumes and such. Then in the end you inbetween it.
I think this animation will be colored too. But not before Christmas.
