The neo-cons barbaristic ideology which based on war and military dominance have had unbearable consequence on humanity at this juncture. The neo-cons wars feed the US military complex and it is an engine of brutal capitalism which is now imposed on humanity. No wonder US military budget gone up from 200 billion 1997 to almost a trillion in 2007
