You only put the lid on after the meat was done? I would think you had it on to cook/steam the burgers no?

@pandmonium2k7 I cook the burgers without the lid. They were pretty thin. I put the lid on at the end (with the flame turned off) to steam the buns.

@BBQMyWay the bank that originally hosted your mortgage sold it for penny's to the dollar to foreign investors, while pocketing the remaining amount of money for their greedy purposes, where they did what ever they wanted, which was to make your costs increase. The actual value dropped significantly, this happened to everyone in the US around '06, including people who have mortgages on lesser homes not just the magnificent homes in newly developed neighborhoods, like yours
