BTW that boat you can see is from the dungeon during Olafs Quest i think it is, where the brine rats are. The dungeons are kinda just scattered on the lower level so you can see desert dungeons from karamja for example.
runescape has one big map, it is comprised of all the world, dungeons, caves, basically anywhere that you can stand on. when you go to a different area you are just teleported to a different area of the map. it isn't that strange to see something like a boat "underground" it isn't really underground

well it would be a massive update- bigger than sumoning or construction. you would get to go over tons of water- meet new monsters, have water battles! and anyway- jagex loves making people guess. idk if its just for fun(=P) or if they hope for videos like this to see what people would like in the skill.

The prices are influenced by yourself; if you buy things on the highest price then it looks like the demand is greater.. sooo the prices go up. Nowadays almost everyone want their cash ASAP and sell for lowest price; so there will be almost no demand for them it seems so the prices go down.
at 2:45 they put an arrow on map its hard to tell where u are sometimes on normal land like in feldip hills area or deep into morytania not cuz of sailing. info: some familiars would be great for sailing like an ibis could fish for you while sailing or a geyser titan would help you in boat battles, and in northwest from port Phasmatys there is a shipwrecked ship, and there are so many boats in rs like for the charter ships you could just make your own ship and not pay the fee or put the boat drive on maunual (if jagex evens makes it or even the skill) and sail wherever you want but 1st before you do the skill you probabbly would have to do a quest

In response to your "You are here X" thing in the video, that is actually rather handy in any situation... They have the original X's on the newcomer maps... So they probably realised they might as well also put it on the world map.
the only evidence i can offer might be the boat you get during the quest "dragon slayer" then afterwards he says its not your boat its mine maybe you could use that boat afterwards to sail around ..probably not though.
and if they made a sailing skill what would be the use of charter boats and other boats to take you to certain places..

well it would be a massive update- bigger than sumoning or construction. you would get to go over tons of water- meet new monsters, have water battles! and anyway- jagex loves making people guess. idk if its just for fun(=P) or if they hope for videos like this to see what people would like in the skill.
and y else would there be a sailing icon on the hiscores when HD came out? (that was probably more of an acident than a hint- like the "rest" feture) or wat about the ship in the stronghold?

The prices are influenced by yourself; if you buy things on the highest price then it looks like the demand is greater.. sooo the prices go up. Nowadays almost everyone want their cash ASAP and sell for lowest price; so there will be almost no demand for them it seems so the prices go down.

at 2:45 they put an arrow on map its hard to tell where u are sometimes on normal land like in feldip hills area or deep into morytania not cuz of sailing. Ofcourse theres gonna be sailing sooner or later. Also ive acaully been reading the sailing threads and what these guys suggest are so indepth and detailed that this 1 skill could replace the entire game in general! Yur vids so far seem to make it sound like a conspiracy lol =P

info: some familiars would be great for sailing like an ibis could fish for you while sailing or a geyser titan would help you in boat battles, and in northwest from port Phasmatys there is a shipwrecked ship, and there are so many boats in rs like for the charter ships you could just make your own ship and not pay the fee or put the boat drive on maunual (if jagex evens makes it or even the skill) and sail wherever you want but 1st before you do the skill you probabbly would have to do a quest

good video but recently there has been some rumors that the next skill will b f2p and p2p. sailing would be a members skill. it would b almost impossible to make it f2p and p2p.

why would that be impossible? Ftp has docks, ftp has ships, and even in Dragon Slayer (ftp quest) you get to own your own boat. It would just have less area for you to sail around in lol.

The boat; RuneScape is all one big flat plane of a map, the game is just one huge map, and the only thing separating places are the black areas in between, there's alot of places that you can see other objects in the distance.
Nails. Nails are for construction, they're for quests. NOT FOR A NON-EXISTENT SKILL
"You are here" Just because it shows you on the map, doesn't mean you'll be in the water.

the only evidence i can offer might be the boat you get during the quest "dragon slayer" then afterwards he says its not your boat its mine maybe you could use that boat afterwards to sail around ..probably not though.
and if they made a sailing skill what would be the use of charter boats and other boats to take you to certain places..

to many places to block off making jagex do alot of work for something which will be a failure if they manage to do it. plus might be alot of glitches with sailing as they have to open up all the seamass of runescape instead of only the earth and might cause a problem with dungeons and teleorts ect....
sorry for ranting on a bit but i dont think there gunna go through with all that hastle.
