I really like Taylor Swift, but she's a little flat in this performance. Miley Cyrus surprised me. I thought she'd be more of a light weight. It's hard to perform live, but she's right on top of it, pitch-wise. (Although I have to agree with some other posters that the two different singing styles don't mesh too well.)

I think Miley took a wrong approach with Fifteen; this is a soft song about love, regrets and the future. Not something that's supposed to be belted out forcefully as Miley did. Taylor wrote it for a reason, it's not some song written for commercial success.
