We can't afford ignoring any available energy option, including oil and gas and other alternatives. we need to continue to develop alternative energy and find more oil and gas at the same time! Use sensible environmental regulation for optimized protection for offshore drilling if opened.

E.g., We can't say we are not driving because there is risk of accident. The fact is we need to drive with minimized/managed risk.

Alternative energy- has limited commercial value at this time.
