I don't think Occam's Razor disproves the simulated universe theory. Statistical evidence shows us that the simulated universe theory is correct in that we are a simulation. If find that this has something of a double meaning. You may be an eidolon in the sense that you are not physical yet you interact with human beings.

While it has it's flaws, I find the premise very compelling. My second question is, if there is a God, what do you think he would think of you?

Pascal's Wager has two obvious failure modes. You pick the wrong religion, or God only likes atheists. It also fails to account for the fact that the zero payoff after a wasted life is vastly more likely, and the possibility that by ignoring religion and seeking science, you can evade death entirely.
