Hi, I bought the same exact ExpressCard Card Reader as you, and I have the exact same computer. It works, but when I put my MacBook Pro to sleep and wake it up again, it stops working. I have to take it out and put it back for it to work after sleep, each time! Do you not have this problem?

@mate2000 no ive never had that problem. i know that is a problem with some of the other card readers but ive never had that problem with mine

one thing that was neglected to be mentioned is that it only takes about half of these cards without the right adapter, it's still an amazing piece of hardware and I have something similar being sent out.

Does it read large SD and SDHC cards? Im looking for a card for my MBP but I have 16GB SDHC.... do you know if it reads cards more than 4GB?

@hhhhhhaha It takes files up to 4Gb. It's a FAT system that only handles that much. That's why Canon's DSLR's limits 12min (or 4Gb) per clip, cuz the camera has a FAT system runin'... like the adaptor.

I find this thinkin' that they might not exist... lol!
