man the nhl just isn't the same since the lockout. as boring as some American fans may have felt the game was before, i personally loved the 10 shutout and 1.99 gaa seasons that a few goalies would put up, the many triple overtime playoff games, the large point differential between the 1st and 2nd seeds and the 7th and 8th come playoff time. the game wasn't slow through the mid 90's until the lockout. the trapezoid just takes away skill from the game. fuck i shouldn't rant, i'm no blogger.
