I would NOT advise doing this without having completed a full 30 or 45 minutes of individual yoga or some sort of warmup first, even if you are as flexible as these girls. OUCH!!

for now, seated Cat/Cow, seated twist, Kneeling Cat/Cow, twisting lunges, Bridge Pose, Supine Goddess breathing into one hand on your heart, one on your lower belly, and legs--up-the-wall pose will do it! xoSadie

I agree...some yoga with children would be great! My daughter is 5 and has some anxiety issues and I have found that yoga really helps calm her down.
