I watch alot of fights, and have participated in afew. If you notice where the contact was, danzig got hit "on the button," so to speak.
If you think of it like this the cheek to below your ear is the "button," area and danzig got hit with a open hand slap right on that spot. The next thing to consider is how the big man moves, as he throws he is bringing all his body weight forward which increases the force of his forward attack.

Intimidation is a big part of fighting, you can pose to make the other guy feel small. Most people run away when they get scared. But some fight back, which maybe was the case in this clip. You should be able to back up the posing though, but Danzig made a mistake.
My point is that WE have no idea if he is a bad fighter just from watching this video!

no its not staged. north side kings is a band. the story is they drove like 4 hours in a car them and some other bands to play. they arived a little late because of traffic and danzig told them to bad, and shut the stage down and told everyone shows over good night. so that guy from the suicide kings confronted glen.
