Stupid or not, I knew him personally, Dave Potts, we went to high school together and lived near each other. He left behind a newborn son, his widow is now battling cancer. Just before they came to Maui, they lost their home in a foreclosure. So to all of you asshole armchair quarterbacks, you can stfu, because you add no value with your asinine commentary. The next time you know someone personally that dies senselessly and in the prime of their lives, think about what you said here.

Although I feel bad for this guy and family, I have to say it's kind of stupid that the wife is suing because there was no sign warning for this kind of thing. It's like suing the coast guard cause a shark was found in the ocean. It was kind of foolish dancing around the blowhole in the first place.
