  • If you realize what just happened it truly is amazing. I mean imagine the 2010 Stanley Cup Bruins playing Team Russia in an exhibition game. Not only beat the shit out of them, but make them actually leave the ice....incredible.

  • Ladies and gentlemen... the flyers are going to win, the cold war. The Flyers win the cold war! The Flyers win the cold war! The Flyers have won the cold war!

  • Hey, China? You're nice. Fuck with the US and you'll find yourself glowing and on history's trade heap, like the USSR.

  • GO FLYERS !!!!!!!!

  • Im sorry, but the Russians are the red ones right?

  • @HDVLAD yes

  • In Russian left a lot of young stars, the Canadians have done to the nines in the youth championship. So in Sochi will be very interesting.

  • The Russians are again getting too cocky for the first time in 25 years.

They are again getting that 1970's and early 1980's cockiness smirks back in them.

They need to have those smirks again removed off of their faces.

  • Ronald Reagan's Beautiful Message to the Soviet Russians,LOL

Go Ahead,Make My Day Commie Punks!

  • This is the most beautiful game I ever watched. World World 2 U.S. General George Patton would be so proud of the Philadelphia Flyers here in this game against the dirty bastard scum Russians.

  • PqOhXz2fsnI

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY

    Congratulations.

  • definitely one of the most important days for american hockey

  • I Dd not see Canadians in boxing, mixfight, judo, sambo-wrestling struggle or other single combats, where many Russian guys who take there the first places.

Probably Canadians are too cowardly. Canadians obviously not have steel eggs, but in hockey they try to represent themselves like supermens.

Conclusion; the only thing where Canadians is strong it is dirty hockey where it is not necessary.

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY anyone who watches canadians play sees that canadians play all out with great heart. anyone who denies this is a liar. russian players have been seeing kicking players with their skates trying to injure them, then xomplain when messier knocks down the asshole russki who did it. lol. russia - big country full of stupid people with no heart.

  • @UpstairsMaid your comment very patheticly and unargumently bcose you are from canady - country where live many stupid people with no brains

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY one word describes you

    nekulturny

  • @UpstairsMaid one word describes you

    fat bottom man

  • @UpstairsMaid sorry - fatso

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY canady? wtf is canady?

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY And your players were probably shot when they got home! Then your nice commie government probably tortured their families too! Pathetic? Pathetic is when your too cowardly to stand up for freedom! LAND OF THE FREE, HOME OF THE BRAVE!

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY Just because my profile says I live in Japan, doesn't mean I'm Japanese. Today's hockey ranking which EVERYONE knows is:

    1.Canada

    2.U.S.A.

    3.Sweden

    4.Russia

You've got no money and no stability, so you're hockey program is sinking like a stone.

  • @greatleaper ahahahahahahaha

    2008 1 Russia 2 canada 3 finland &Russia - canada 5:4

    2009 1 Russia 2 canada 3 sweden &Russia - canada 2:1

    2010 1 chehia 2 Russia 3 sweden &Russia - canada 5:2

may be you dont know it?

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY Maybe you're talking about the World Championships? Well, the NHL is still playing. The WC means nothing at all. How can it mean anything if the best players aren't playing? The Olympics since Nagano, when the pros can play, are the only possible measure. Canada 2 gold, Sweden 1 gold, Czech 1 gold. 0 for Russia. 0. Zero. Do you remember when Russia played Canada in Vancouver? Embarrassing. 7-3 Canada. By the way, what's with Ovechkin this year? Oh yes, he only cares about money.

  • @greatleaper

It is the first victory of Canadians over Russia

It is caused by that that Russia was in political economic and as consequence sports declines

It is the ONE reason why Canadians or Swedes take gold

in future All becomes on own places

Canadians will suck again as it was in the past times

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY The first victory? Okay, Ahrzam. Merry Christmas!

  • @greatleaper Yes, its firt victory over russia

  • @greatleaper in olimpic games

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY 2008 statistics: 52% of all NHL players are Canadian. 3.5% of all NHL players are Russian. Average salary: NHL $2.18 million, KHL $658,000. Let me guess, Russian players don't want the millions of more dollars available in the NHL? They would rather play in Russia? Oh, but ALL the best Russians play in the NHL. Why? Because almost ALL players who can play in the NHL do. Because of the money! So, in the NHL there are 399 Canadians and 27 Russians. OBVIOUSLY, Canada is better.

  • @greatleaper ohohohohohoho 1986 ЦСКА - L.A. kings 5-2 ЦСКА - edmonghton oyl 6 - 3 ЦСКА - qwebec 1-5 ЦСКА - montreal can 6-1 ЦСКА - sent luis blues 4-2 ЦСКА - minnesota nord stars 4-3 Dynamo - Calg flames 3-4 Dynamo - buffalo sabres 7-4 Dynamo - boston bruins 6-4 Dynamo - pittsburg pinquins 3-3 no one Russian player does not play NHL Obviously Russia it is better
  • @greatleaper ......and i recommend you

watch the ЦСКА - Edmonghton(with gr8zky, Which has not take one point)

    цска - champion of ussr

    Edmonghton - have a cup stenly 82 83 85

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY In that time, Dynamo and Red Army took almost ALL the best players in the USSR as you know. Especially, Red Army. The Edmonton Oilers are just one team of 21 back then. Imagine if you took ALL the best Canadian players and made TWO teams, not TWENTY ONE. Red Army was a great team, but it doesn't prove that Russians are better than Canadians in any way. Clearly now, the NHL is superior to the KHL, and Canada is better than Russia.

  • @greatleaper You can write Everything that would be desirable for you

    Statistics in advantage for russia

Justifications of Canadians - justifications of weaklings

and You Has bored for me

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY Every psychologist knows boredom signifies an inability to deal with reality. ohohohohohoho You cannot deal with the facts. The only reason Russia won anything was because your Soviet system allowed you to create all-star teams with amateur status. As soon as Russia plays by the same rules as Canada they lose. Hey, at least Russia is better at figure skating.

  • @greatleaper Fools are tiresome - Sommerset Moem

Every psychologist knows dullness is annoying

I post for you thousand figures, you back me only pathetic reasonings

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY The FACTS never change despite what you say. When its best vs. best, we win almost every time. Here are ALL the results. 1972 CAN, 1976 CAN, 1981 USSR, 1984 CAN, 1987 CAN, 1991 CAN, 1996 USA, 1998 CZ, 2002 CAN, 2004 CAN, 2006 SWE, 2010 CAN. When its your best vs our best AMATEURS you win almost every time (ALL your Olympics gold). When its your best vs. one of our TWENTY ONE NHL teams, you win about 70% of the time. Congratulations! WCs mean nothing. SVK won in 2002 for example.

  • @greatleaper totally results. against can

And I already many times spoke it

1972 only rough game has allowed you to win this superseries

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY Only results of best vs best matter. Why do you think Canada refused to play in the 1972 and 1976 Olympics? Because the USSR was amateur status. Those USSR players must have been ashamed to play those college children. And then USA's college children beat the USSR players in 1980! How embarrassing!! Live with the FACTS Ahrzam! It will set you free!

  • @greatleaper Canadians simply were afraid to be dishonoured. like Englishmen in soccer which did not accept participation in W.C. and when have accepted to the surprise have not won.

1980 casual misunderstanding since 64 68 72 76 84 88 92 for ссср. Besides at that time there were enough commands which play seriously at the Olympic Games and W.C.

If Canadians do not wish to play the strongest structure, please,

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY "64 68 72 76 84 88 92 for ссср" Congratulations. You beat a bunch of college players. Only players who were not good enough to be signed to pro teams could play on those Olympics teams. Again, it's just shameful. The 1980 American teams had ZERO players that became stars in the NHL. And they beat you! Oh my God! I wish I could see what Tikhonov did to those players after that loss!

  • @greatleaper Fear of defeat - that prevented to expose Canadians a strong command

Fear of defeat - that is why Canadians played dirty. another way they would lose.

    Look my the first comment

  • @greatleaper

If Canadians do not wish to play the strongest team, please,

Only now, why they to whine that there was a weak team

Nobody prevented for you to expose the strongest team, except - fear of defeat

I doubt that you could win CCCP, but you hardly would win at Tchehoslovakia, Sweden and even Finland

Your level for that time - Japan, Poland, Italy

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY No one prevented us? The International Olympic Committee prevented us. The Warsaw Pact states demanded it, to show that your system was 'superior'! Ha! What a joke! All the medals from the Soviet era where the pros couldn't play are a joke. Just as your communist system was a joke. Just as your democracy today is a joke. Certainly the USSR players hated Tikhonov and their lives and were dying to live in Canada and the U.S. Tretiak said Montreal was the best place to play.

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY The FACTS Ahrzam, the FACTS. Not speculative emotion. It was an IOC rule. That's why Canadian pros did not play, not 'fear of defeat.' That means that approximately the top 2000 Canadians could not play. 2000!!! It's an indisputable FACT. Imagine if your top 2000 players could not play. It's a FARCE. Best vs Best CANADA 8 championships, RUSSIA 1. Even in junior best vs best, we beat you. IIHF 15 golds to 12. Last 20 years CANADA 11 gold, RUSSIA 4. Stick to the FACTS, Ahrzam.

  • @greatleaper this video fact

and you dont answer for me

that fat guy from your video its you?

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY You will never know. But that's okay. Because you like not knowing things. You just make up your own truths anyway, right Ahrzam? Me? I use the FACTS.

  • @greatleaper I have posted to you thousand facts - look down

And you demand from me the facts?

Once again I repeat; can write that you like - statistics for Russia

And Canadians play dirty obviously from this video

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY

Ahrzam's FACTS: Because Russia's best players win against against college kids who are not good enough for pro, this makes Russia superior.

greatleaper FACTS: Because Canada wins almost all the time when its best vs best, this makes Canada better.

Of course, I am correct. It's very easy.

  • @greatleaper СССР - Canada __ Matches 58 Victories 46 Defeats 7 Russia - Canada __ Matches 33 Victories 17 Defeats 9

your reasonings about weakness of Canadians can console yourself

Canadians victories in 90 and 00 are caused by economic political destabilization of Russia

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY Correction! Most of those CCCP victories are a farce. Imagine today, all Russian AMATUERS played Sidney Crosby and all Canadian PROS. You are allowed no NHLers and no KHLers. Just the Russian high school, university and retired players vs the NHL superstars. Who would win Ahrzaman? The Russian kids would lose of course. That is what happened during the Soviet era, except for the Canada Cups, which Canada won. This is not 'pathetic reasonings' as you would say, but simply true.

  • @greatleaper What for me to imagine

I saw canadians in 70 es. they are played roughly with intention to injure

and explanation to it one - fear of defeat.

It is video - good acknowledgement

Now Canadians began to play better - undoubtedly. The reason of it is a considerable quantity of Russians playing in NHL. Canadians much to learn from them .

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY Hockey is not SOCCER. You cannot pretend you be hurt to get the referee to call a penalty. That is EXACTLY what the Russians did. In Canada, we don't play that bullshit baby way. We play like MEN. Look at the video. Kharlamov is FAKING it. Listen to the commentator: Kharlamov is 'ACTING TO A GREAT EXTENT'. It's not soccer. Take it or lose. So not only do the Russians FAKE INJURIES, but then they walk to the dressing room like little babies. ITS NOT SOCCER or THEATRE. Its hockey.

  • @greatleaper LArionov is The owner of a Stanley Cup- 3 times

The world champion - 4 times

The Olympic champion - 2 араза

And the champion ссср - 7 times

Gr8sky - the owner of a cup стенли 4 times,

but How many time гретцки was the Olympic champion or the world champion? LArionov only the ordinary hockey player in comparison with great players of the seventies

I represent how many time харламов мальцев якушев would win a Stanley Cup - every year

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY Larionov was a great player. I agree. There have been many great Russian players. But winning the Stanley Cup is not the only measure of a great player. Many great players never play on good teams...and so they don't win. Look at Kovalchuk. Great player. Terrible teams in Atlanta and New Jersey.

  • @greatleaper PqOhXz2fsnI today & forever

  • @greatleaper By the way Dany Heatley played in AkBars and has not made special impression

The ordinary Canadian - well skates, is well pushed, but anything outstanding

The usual overlauded Canadian as well as all Canadians

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY Hockey is a physical game. The Canadian style is superior. The proof: in best vs best we usually win, EURO or CAN rink or rules. Its true that Canadians learned many strategies from the Russians. It's also true that SWE and FIN now play the Canadian style--and now they are better. Only the RUS, CZE and SLV now do not play Canadian style---and they almost never win, best vs best. BUT its also true that A.Ovechkin plays Canadian style--and he is maybe the best Russian player ever.

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY NHL players didn't care to play hard in the KHL or Swedish Elite league, etc. Like a vacation. Ask Evgeni Nabakov if Heatley is good. Of course he will say Heatley is a great player. The KHL is good, but the NHL is much much better. Look at Nikita Filatov, captain of Russia's Junior team in 2009. In 2009, CSKA 26 games 9 goals, in 2010 NHL 23 games 0 goals. Most KHL players cannot play in the NHL of course. And there are only 3.5% Russians in the NHL. 52% Canadian. Its clear.

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY From wikipedia "...the entire CSKA organization was a functioning division of the Red Army. Taking full advantage of the fact that all able-bodied Soviet males had to serve in the military, it was literally able to draft the best young hockey players in the Soviet Union onto the team. There was a substantial overlap between the rosters of the Red Army Team and the Soviet national team..." See? CSKA was practically a national team. Plus Dynamo and it was CCCP. But you know that.

  • @greatleaper Your Wikipedia is stupid. Let’s go to the facts. Since 1946 Army of USSR named Soviet but not Red.

There was In the Soviet Army system of sport clubs. CSKA was the central but there were a lot of SKA in the USSR in Leningrad/S.Pitterburg for example. Dynamo was analogous system in police&interior forces. But most popular sport club always was Spartak. Usually in Spartak was the biggest pay.

  • @before2after wikihockey: Yes i know Dynamo was KGB, but because CSKA was the army team "the Soviet National Team roster was, a few players apart at most, CSKA's." (wikihockey). Not a lie. That is why from '55-'89 they won all but 6. Even on the '72 team there was 13 CSKA. But yes, CSKA was a great team. Montreal before 1967 was the same. They took all the best French players. That's why they always won. But, CSKA was probably better than any NHL club. True. But it does not prove USSR > Canada.

  • @before2after "We had always beaten them (Canada) in the Olympics and world championships. I'd often heard that their best players were in the NHL and it bothered me that we weren't playing against them. The series proved finally that we were as good as they were." Vladimir Lutchenko D CKSA/USSR 72 team said this. This proves of course that Olymp and WC without pros was meaningless. So there is only one way to compare Canada and Russia and that is best vs best, right? Of course this is true.

  • @greatleaper But facts: Dinamo was/is not KGB. Dinamo – it’s Dinamo. When I was in army I served in interior forces. Not in KGB. Border forces is Dinamo to.

    Lutchenko was excellent player.

I don’t know the way to prove something to Canadians. Because I always guessed that the numbers are the best sort of demonstration. Bur it doesn’t work for Canadians. It’s funny. But it’s not problem for me and for Russia. Especially for USSR. It’s Canadian’s problem.

  • @before2after Everywhere says that Dynamo used to be KGB but also other security forces like NKVD and Министерство внутренних дел. Sometimes, things changed a little. NHL is dirty, yes. Players who are not so good are dirty to get a job, yes. Hockey was popular only in CAN & the NHL wanted to sell the game to US. But the National team is not dirty. Skilled players are not dirty. Olympics are clean. Anyway, what numbers are you talking about? Because if its best vs best, Canada usually wins.

  • @greatleaper Canadian story about “the best vs. the best” is Canadian story only. USSR vs. Canada 92:30, even Russia vs. Canada 17:10, USSR clubs vs. NHL clubs 56:40, KHL vs. NHL 1:1.

What’s stupid idea to tell that Canada is the best?

You can find my detailed stats of USSR vs. Canada on this page.

And Canada always plays dirty. Canada is playing dirty on the ice, Canada always is playing dirty after the defeats.

That’s why the story about “the best vs. the best” was born.

  • @before2after A Cdn story? Lutchenko D CKSA/USSR 72 said it. I think this Russian star knows more than you about what is true. "We had always beaten (Canada) in the Olympics and world championships. I'd often heard that their best players were in the NHL and it bothered me that we weren't playing against them. The series proved finally that we were as good as they were." This proves that Russian stars agree that Oly & WC without pros was meaningles, and that only BEST vs BEST matters!

  • @greatleaper At the Lutchenko’s times before the Series nobody in USSR know real strength of Canadian profy.

For a long time were legends only. That’s why even after the annoying missing victory in 1972 some people in USSR couldn’t realize what happened . really

And please find the words of Bobby Clark after Challenge Cup 1979 and compare with Lutchenko’s words.

But nevertheless hockey is not words competition. The best team has the best score.

  • @greatleaper Nobody can win the match by tongue. Especially if the match is finished.

Before 1972 profy hadn’t right to play in Olimp and WC. That’s why Lutchenko told that in fact Soviet players are as good as profy. Because it was the first experience. And it was the end of romantic legend about the unbeatable NHL players.

You can don’t admit USSR-Canada before 1972. But believe me the stats since 1972 is devastating for Canada too.

  • @greatleaper For me the history of REAL hockey died with USSR.

And for Canada too. Because USSR teams were the aim for Canada and Canadian teams were the aim for USSR.

Splendid Czech and persistent Swede added intrigue.

Now all of players are playing for big money only.

If you understand what I’m speaking about you think of Canada-USA final in 2010 Ol.

All of them are playing in money style.

Hockey is getting to be stupid to be sort of fight to be show for idiots.

  • @before2after Before 1972 it's impossible to know who was better. After that Canada, has the much better record best vs best at junior and adult level. It's true Canada and USSR had a certain romantic flair. It's also true that hockey would be better without fighting as Gretzky also said. Now, it is the product of capitalism and circumstances. But players still play for their country with all their heart. The Can-US final in '10 was fantastic. If Russia had won, I think you would think so too.

  • @greatleaper You wrote: After that Canada, has the much better record best vs best at junior and adult level. It’s bla-bla-bla.

You can’t proof it with numbers. Numbers tells that Canada was crashed.

    The fact. Sorry.

But you a clever person, I see. So let me to explain you the simple things.

  • @greatleaper Watch to here - victories of Canada and USA in Olympics after 1956 (USSR debuted):

1960 – USA in USA, final USA – Canada, 1980 – USA in USA, 2002 – Canada in USA, final Canada vs.USA, 2010 – Canada in Canada, final Canada vs.USA.

You can see it’s never happened NA countries won not in NA. And you can see that after USSR died there were to Olympic Games in NA. And every time in the final were Canada vs. USA.

Believe me fighters on the ice is not the big problem.

  • @greatleaper So I think you understand me. Maybe final Canada-USA was fantastic, but this final was forecasting.

You speak about the players who are playing with all their heart. I’m not cynic.

Believe me. And believe me this times is died. With USSR.

Now for example KHL vs. NHL. Russia vs. Canada – no. NA vs. Europe – no.

    Mafia vs. Mafia – maybe.

  • @greatleaper My friend was in Russian House in Vancouver in the evening before the match Russia-Canada. A lot of Russian players were drunk absolutely because nobody think to play with Canada in earnest. A lot of Russians players and a lot of strong players from other countries get enormous money in USA&Canada. Many of them are Idols for clubbing funs.

  • @greatleaper About the BEST Vs.BEST. Yes. But in the BEST time and in the BEST place.

This rules are HONEST that why it’s not for Canada, not for NHL, believe me.

  • @greatleaper So if you see on the history of USSR sport you can notice that in the most popular sport games as such Soccer, Canadian Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball not only CSKA but systems of SKA, Dinamo and Spartak were dominated. Watch for example the history of soviet soccer.

  • @greatleaper In hockey CSKA was extremely strong. But it was the club only. I explain you origin of bla-bla-bla about CSKA=USSR NTeam. NHL managers solved the problem how to explain their and NHL players and gigantic incomes to other people. Salary in USSR was meager but soviet club crashed NHL. It was the big problem. That’s why started bla-bla-bla about CSKA was NTeam. It was comfortable position.

But it defies to facts absolutely. The other question you have no wish to know the facts.

  • fuck off gay!

    its boxing, but not hockey.

    ITS AGRESSION!

hahaha America stupid hockey country! The best - Russia and Canada!!!

  • Dont fuck with Canadians, even when they wear orange.

  • fuckin American stupid players!

    hockey is not boxing!!!

    russia forever!!!

  • @milekhin hahahahah there all Canadian players though the only good players in the league fuck you , communist prick

  • @choppergunner123

    kiss my ass :D

Valeriy Harlamov and russian players the best.

canadian and american - stupid mans.

I reaspected all players but not Philadelphia Flyers. It stupid match...Because russian coach not want injure but amaerican stupid players in it match want kill russian players.

    Russia - the best.

  • @milekhin i just told you they were all Canadian players not American your smart, aren't you going to be shot against a wall soon? you skidy russian

  • @choppergunner123

    yes canadian players better.

    american so stupid ><

  • @milekhin fuck you commie. This is REAL hockey with the hits and hardd play not your stupid figure skating.

  • Philly>Russia

  • I watch these highlights, and the hits were nothing big. Dupont stood up the one Russian. Somehow Barber creams kharmalov while standing still. I say Kharmoalov dove. Then Van Impe hits Kharmolov from the side and Kharmalov dives again. Overall not big hits for a hockey game. But the bottom line is the Russians were scared of the Flyers. Plain and simple.

  • hey russia...welcome to america; )

  • thats fuckin hockey, rough game, dont like it, take up some other shit

  • Comment removed

  • 0:23 he had probably never been hit that hard before in his life you dirty cheap jew.

  • I totally understand the Soviets' point. Every time I go to Philidelphia, I can't wait to leave, either. Who could blame them?

  • the russians are a bunch a pussies..who leaves the ice..grow a pair bitches

  • Comment removed

  • before2after no one gives a shit about the pussy russians they're garbage at hockey. Only the ones who play in the NHL play real hockey unlike your homo version of the game aka figure skating with sticks. Hockey is Canadian and you're pussy country is garbage at it.

  • @2010OlympicChamps

    Repeat a lot of times before sleeping "USSR-Canada 92:30, CSKA-NHL 26:8"

and I think you feel better soon.

    If not go to psyhiatrist.

  • @before2after lying won't get you anywhere. The reality is when the best from each country play against each other it's been very lopsided for Canada. 1972, 1976, 1981, 1984, 1987, 1991, 1996, 1998, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2010 are the occasions in which the best players from each country have faced one another. Canada has won 8 of those tournaments, USA, Swe, Cze and USSR have each won 1. That says all that needs to be said without blatantly LYING and making up bogus stats.

  • @RigaFraction

    Bla-bla-bla against the numbers.

In the USSR the highest sport rank got the Olympic and Word championship winners.

And for me the life looks like 1972-1973-1974-1975 etc.

    But stop bla-bla-bla!

CSKA vs. NHL 26:8, CSKA vs. Fl- 1:1, Fl vs. Soviet clubs 1:2.

The best years for Canada are interesting for Canadians only.

Not for other people. USSR –Canada 92:30, I’m very sorry.

  • @before2after Canada 8, USSR 1, Sweden 1, USA 1, Czech 1 Those are the REAL numbers, you can make up pretend numbers all you like, it doesn't mean a thing. You should be sorry for lying (again) though.

Canada's best vs Russia's best 12 times, Canada's won 8, Russia's won 1. Canada is vastly vastly superior to Russia when there's a level playing field of teams selected with the same criteria.

  • @RigaFraction

I understand you. The world of illusions is beautiful.

I’m stopping this stupid dialog. Clean your brains.

Read the commentaries of other peoples from other countries.

Not bla-bla-bla of NHL managers only.

And watch much more of USSR hockey. Clubs and national team.

  • @before2after When you're ready to step out of the world of illusions and come to reality, you'll see that you're wrong. When Russia and Canada compete with the same criteria (best players available from each country, best jr players from each country etc) Canada has dominated them BADLY. Russia's Olympic team vs Canada's JR team doesn't prove any more than if Canada's Olympic team were to maul Russia's Jr team. You're just plain wrong and don't know what you're talking about. Buy a clue kid.

  • Comment removed

  • @before2after You were better when you were lying, at least the lies were semi-coherent. Now you're just rambling gibberish that makes no sense whatsoever. I guess you know as much about forming a sentence as you do about hockey.

  • @RigaFraction Yes, yes, baby-philologist. Without a doubt you can create sentence in Russian much better than I’m making the same in American English. So let’s start speaking in Russian. Are you ready?

You arguments about hockey are finished. But you have overwhelming desire to object.

You are right because it’ absolutely s naturally. You like the rally male try to defend your territory.

In this case your territory of your mentality.

You don’t speak about hockey! Sorry.

  • @RigaFraction You were told that befotre2after is a liar.

You are wrong. Numbers are numbers.

And you are a parrot repeating the lie of NHL managers.

But they get many for lie not you.

    You hate score 92:30? Ok.

Let’s speak about 26:8. It’s the score of soviet CSKA vs. NHL clubs.

  • @before2after You know even less about hockey than you do about proper English grammar. Since you know absolutely nothing about English grammar apparently, that says a lot. USSR national team vs an NHL team, or CSKA team vs an NHL team, or USSR olympic team vs a Canadian Amateur team or any other such nonsense doesn't mean a DAMNED THING when it comes to which country is better at hockey. Only best from Can vs best from Rus does. Canada dominates Russia in all such contests. The End.

  • Team Canada's best players vs Team Russia's best players have been in 12 tournaments. Team Canada has won 8 golds, Russia has won only 1. Canada's best jr players vs Russia best jr players have met 29 times at WJHC. Canada has 16 gold, Russia 8 gold in that time. Russia vs OHL, QMJHL, WHL 42 times. Canada's 36 wins in 42 games outscoring Russia 194-91. Canada vs Russia 2007 Super Series? Canada wins 7-0-1 outscoring them 39-13. Our best at any level vs your best at any level = you lose.

  • @RigaFraction So my condition you must to recognize that Canada is the shit to sale.

Your country change costume. NHL, Canada, WHA. But the asshole is the same.

You are stupid Canadian’s parrot. And it’s not you deal to argue with before2after.

Canada has very big minus vs. USSR.

NHL has minus vs. USSR clubs.

Canada has big minus vs. Russia.

There are a lot of Soviet players in the Hall of Fame.

But there are no Canadians on the CSKA alley.

    Be sleeping peacefully.

  • @before2after canadians dream of playing in nhl and have no interest in a 3rd world country. ussr lost the summit series in 72. russia didn't even get to finals for olympics this year. canadian jrs won worlds 5 times in row. canadian women are by far the best. russia is a country dominated by corruption, gangs and state police. canada is a free country. canada > russia

  • @UpstairsMaid from 1954

canada - 9 times has won the championship and 2 Olympic

russia - 25 times has won the championship and 8 Olympic

    Canadians sucks

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY you can't even fucking lie well you little pathetic excuse for pond scum. canada has won 11 olympic golds for ice hockey, and 5 silvers. regarding the world championships the first canadian team the USSR beat was the East York Lyndhursts LOLLLLL! and the n the USSR was beaten by the penticton vees. when your so called world championship is so is the stanley cup playoffs- if you win you beat our losers - those who played onb losing teams. LOL!

  • @UpstairsMaid 11 olympic golds for ice hockey - ahahahahaahahahaha the fat men look statistics

You won your gold medals when RUSSIA did not participate in the World championships and the Olympic Games

To consider it is necessary with 1954

first match russia - canada 7-1

    first match 1972 7 - 3

    Canadians sucks

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY only none of thet was russia. it was the ussr - many countries against canada. and canada won the summit series. when canada's best plays russia's best, canada wins 3:1 in games. you compare ussr national team to penticton vees? to amateur club teams not good enough for nhl. you're a lying bastard from a 3rd world dictatorship plagued with corruption and crime, and full of ignorant vodka swilling slobs brain washed by state propaganda.

  • @AHRZAMANBALASY Yeah right. You won your gold medals when pros couldn't play. EVERYONE knows that. Your gold medals were against college players who didnt make pro. They are worthless.

  • @greatleaper ahahahahahahaha

Canadians was afraid to be dishonoured, therefore exposed weak team

Good excuse For defeat in future time

and ...... CCCP - japon samurays 16 -0 It is possibly very insulting for you, if you Enter discussion which does not concern your country

  • @UpstairsMaid Absolutely the same told Canadians managers before 1975! Word to word! But then NHL clubs was bitten by Soviets clubs. For example Soviet CSKA had draw vs.Stanley Cup winners and plus18 vs. other NHL clubs. Now you start the old song again 45 years later. But you can proof and change nothing because there is no USSR any more. It named HISTORY. But history is absolutely useless knowledge for farmer. Isn’t it?

  • @before2after I'd rather be an honest farmer than a lying sack of excrement from a 3rd world dictatorship

  • @UpstairsMaid Please! Think!

Who from us are really are free.

    I’m speaking you language.

    You can’t speak my LANGUAGES.

    Of course you are free.

Satellites of my country are in the space.

And every seconds they can crush your country for seconds.

    But you are really free.

  • @UpstairsMaid From what, it’s my questions are you free? From Dosztoevskiy and Tostoy? From Liszt and Bartok? Somebody told you that you are free. But believe me that guy played wrong! That is stupid propaganda only. Use your brain! But you can’t because you head is free and empty. It’s stupid idea about 3th world countries. You are thinking like the person that know nothing about the structure of the world. You are cheap product of American mass media.

  • @before2after best vs best MEN'S (Olymp since Nagano, Summit Series, Canada Cup, World Cup) Can 8 gold, Russia/USSR 1. JUNIOR (since 1982 when Canada sent it's first non junior club team). CAN 15 gold, Russia/USSR 9. Those are the numbers!!! All other results are meaningless, just as Lutchenko said.

Players get almost no money for the Olympics. If Russians want to drink, that's their problem (or maybe excuse). If CAN wins in USA, that is not a home victory. Let's see what happens in Sochi.

  • @RigaFraction The best sort of weak aggressive bla-bla-bla! No answers, no stats. Study the history of hockey stupid parrot. It’s not you matter to teach me American English. First try to write at least the one sentence in Russian. USSR vs. Canada 92:30. Soviet club CSKA vs. NHL clubs 26:8. So without a doubt Canadians’ hockey is the best in the universe. Are you satisfied NA’s parrot? It’s the end. Really.
  • @before2after I know the history and I know you don't. Your numbers don't mean anything because they aren't taken from a legitimate sample. Team USSR vs (for example) the Philadelphia Flyers doesn't say anything about Russia vs Canada, anymore than Team Canada from the 2010 games in Vancouver vs Metallurg NK from the KHL would. That's not Canada vs Russia you simpleton, it's a club team vs a National team. The ONLY way to compare the two is to use the same criteria for BOTH teams IE best vs best

  • Best vs Best mens: Canada 8 gold, Russia 1 gold

Best vs Best jr: Canada 16 gold, Russia 8 Gold

Best Jr vs Best Jr head to head in other tournaments: Canada 43 wins in 50 games vs Russia.

Anytime the same criteria is used to choose both teams, which is the ONLY valid method of determining which team is better, no matter what propganda you've had shoved down your throat and which ridiculous stats from games that mean NOTHING to this.

Canada >>> Russia. This is the end, you are wrong, period.

  • It’s time to stop you cheap bla-bla-bla about Canada vs. USSR “the best vs. the best”. There is the full stats: 1972/ Super series Canada vs. USSR 3:7 4:1 4:4 3:5 5:4 2:3 3:4 5:6 Final score 4:3 goals 29:34 1974/ Super series Canada vs. USSR 3:3 4:1 5:8 5:5 2:3 2:5 4:4 2:3 Final score 1:4 goals 27:32 1976/ Canada Cup Canada vs. USSR 3:1 Final score 1:0 goals 3:1
  • 1972 Canada won, 1974 wasn't Canada's best it was the WHA vs USSR, 1976 Canada won the gold, 1981 is the ONLY time Russia EVER won a tournament when Canada's best players were involved (because Liut had one bad game), 1984 Canada won the tournament, 1987 Canada won Gold, 1991 Canada won gold, 1996 Canada won Silver to the USA's gold, 1998 Czechs won, 2002 Canada won gold, 2004 Canada won Gold, 2006 Sweden won, 2010 Canada won gold. It's obvious to everyone that knows hockey Canada >> USSR QeD

  • Anyone too stupid to figure out the basic math of Canada's best and Russia's best 12 times has Canada win 8 gold, USA, USSR, Swe and Cze each win one gold therefore Canada is CLEARLY the best of the bunch is CLEARLY not good at math and knows NOTHING about hockey. Just shut up and accept defeat already kid. Russia can cheat at the Olympics to try to steal figure skating titles and basketball titles, they can cheat at hockey in the USSR too but, they can't even win doing it. They can't cheat math

  • @RigaFraction

    The ravings of madman.

The first. If you really have wish to find out who was the best you must to recognize that the stats of Canada Cups means nothing. Because Canadian’s always played at home but the others teams were guests. This is enormous advantage.

  • @before2after You're too stupid to bother with anymore so please do not talk to me again. If you can't understand simple facts and logic, then you're not worth the time to bother with a simple reply. You're wrong, you're proven wrong beyond all shadows of a doubt and yet you're too stupid to realize you're wrong. If you wish ti ignore every single tournament in the history of best vs best play because it proves you wrong, you go ahead and do that. Just leave me out of your stupidity little boy.

  • @RigaFraction The second. You are totally mixed up. You speak about USSR team vs. Philadelphia (when it happened?), you mix USSR and Russia, you admit NHL Canadians 1972 but don’t admit WHA Canadians 1974, you juggle with facts because you can say NOTHING against the simple and cold stats.

You can only repeat a few stupid phrases like a really parrot.

    USSR vs. Canada 92:30.

    Goodbye.

  • @RigaFraction 1979/ NHL(in fact the best players of Canada) vs. USSR 4:2 4:5 0:6 Final score 1:2 goals 8:13 1981/ Canada vs. USSR 7:3, 1:8 Final score 1:1 goals 8:11 1984/ Canada vs. USSR 3:6, 3:2 Final score 1:1 goals 6:8 1987/ Rendezvous NHL( in fact the best Canadians plaers+the best players of the other world) vs. USSR 4:3 3:5 Final score 1:1 goals 7:8
  • @RigaFraction 1991/ Canada Cup Canada vs. USSR 3:3 6:5 Final score 1:0 goals 9:8 Canada vs. USSR matches 28 20 in Canada 8 in the USSR Total score 11:12 goals 97:115 If you are playing dirty and don’t admit 1979 and 1987: Canada vs. USSR matches 23 15 in Canada 8 in the USSR Total score 9:9 goals 90:108 USSR was the best. The other is the stupid bla-bla-bla. I’m sorry.

  • @before2after "Yes, baby, before2after is stupid."

That's the FIRST thing you've gotten right in this entire load of horse manure you've been spreading. Congratulations. Sadly the rest of your inane rambling was a full of horse turds as the rest of your scatology.

  • @before2after *LOL* at you. Quick, Canada has sent their best players to play against Russia/USSR's best players on 12 occasions. How many of those events has Russia/USSR won and how many has Canada won? Here's a hint, USSR/Russia = 1, Canada = 8. Even your stupid Russian propaganda can't change this one. Which is better 8 championships in 12 events or 1 championship in 12 events? (hint: it's 8) The truth doesn't lie, only YOU lie because you can't handle the truth. You lose, just like Russia.

  • @before2after I know that I have no idea what you're talking about, the sad part is that YOU have no idea what you're talking about either. I agree, there's no shame in finishing second or third to the best country in the world at something, so why do you insist on making the excuses or denying the fact that quite frankly, Canada is and always has been better at hockey than Russia (or the USSR as the two are quite different by definition).

  • @before2after Anytime that Canada and Russia/USSR have selected their two respective teams from the same criteria (ie Canada's best players vs Russia's best, Canada's jr players vs Russia's jrs, Canada's women vs Russia's women) It doesn't matter, all that matters is the same criteria is used for BOTH COUNTRIES, Canada wins the VAST majority of the championships and CLEARLY dominates Russia thoroughly.....

  • @before2after The ONLY, ONLY, ONLY, ONLY time Russia EVER has ANY success against Canada is when they have sent their absolute BEST players available to participate against club teams, amateur, minor pros or junior players. If one were to have Canada's Olympic team from 2010 play against a team from the KHL, they would DESTROY them, if they played against Russia's JR team, they'd DESTROY them too. Again ANY LEVEL PLAYING FIELD... Canada wins, Russia can ONLY win when it's not fair. You LOSE.

  • @before2after I've seen it. Even Russian officials know that the talent level in Soviet leagues isn't comparable to the Russians in the NHL. They had a lot of fighting with each other about taking players from the Russian leagues onto the Olympic team instead of some of the NHL Russians, trying to prove how great the leagues are and they were humiliated for it. They desperately want Kovalchuk to come play in Russia to give their leagues SOME credibility but, he wants to be in a better league.

  • @RigaFraction Now I funded my correspondence again and find your letter.

And there is what I must to remind to you.

I never see the Canadian national team with the inscription “second hand” on the sweaters.

    It was “Canada” always.

For me you have the fine choice.

Upright USSR or the Country-what chance names and costumes.

Canada. Small country that has wish to be great.

To be great you must to be honest.

  • @before2after Canada's the second largest country on the planet. They won the last Olympics in record setting fashion with 14 golds. They've dominated the hockey landscape for the entire history of the sport. If it's choose between them or the team that is usually second best (whatever they change their names to on a given date and time) I'll pick Canada. It's not a tough decision. That was honest, now if only Russians could be honest and simply admit that Canada is better at hockey....

  • @RigaFraction I’m talking about Soviet times only. Yes, 14 gold is really perfect for Canada (but, sorry, it was Canadians’ Olympics, isn’t it?).

Return to 1972 summer Olympic. USSR 50 gold, 27 silver, 22 bronze. It’s impossible even to dream for Canada. Winter 1976 USSR 13-6-8. Not in USSR and much less kind of sports.

No doubt you are patriot. So for you If Canada vs. USSR 30:92, no doubt Canada is the best in every times.

Try to use that sort of mathematics when you pay your bills.

  • HAHA! They left the ice? XD

  • @before2after Show me the facts that say the 1976 Philadelphia Flyers were not the best team in the world at this time, two Stanley Cups in a row ,6 all-stars,3 of whom went on to be inducted into the NHL Hall of Fame, total domination of the CSKA while playing without their top goalie.

  • @1966MES

CSKA is the 32-times USSR champion. Lets to compare the USSR champion and Stanley Cup Winner. The matches always were in middle of seasons so to be objective I take matches USSR champion (always CSKA in this years) vs. the last and vs. the next Stanley Cup Winners.

    This is statistic.

    1975 Mon-CSKA 3:3 Fil-SCKA 4:1

    1979 NYA-CSKA 2:3 Mon-CSKA 4:2

    1986 Edm-CSKA 3:6 Mon CSKA 1:6

    1990/91 Edm-CSKA 4:2 Pitts-Dinamo(not champ) 3:4

  • @1966MES

The statistic tells that USSR champion and Stanley Cup Winner are the one level of strength .

Flyers won Stanley Cup twice only, CSKA 32-times USSR champion including 70,71,72,73,75.

Hall of Fame is Canadians but 3 men from CSKA of 70th are in this Hall.

A lot of CSKA players was Olympic and World champions.

4:1 in the 1976 means nothing because CSKA after returning have no wish to play. But even if CSKA played Fil played in America, in NA small ice, with NA referee.

    .

  • @1966MES To bad they played dirty.

  • @zaihtaMHS Thats what they did!!!

  • Is anyone else not oblivious to the fact that there were only two american players on the Flyers? I don't get this america vs. Ussr crap, it happened in the miracle on ice, not this game.
