  • Yeah but did you know the name of it? The reason they have a video on it is because it helps to know the names when you learn more than one knot to distinguish between them. The only knot most people know how to tie is the the bow knot (which is based on an overhand) they use for their shoelaces, hence the reason they don't need to know the name.
