  • this is from kalinga, philippines northern luzon how did you get this from mindanao if its from northern luzon and your video says wood but its from bamboo and bamboo is grass

  • @xXxSkyViperxXx i know i said wood and that was a big mess up. i know bamboo is grass i was just letting my mouth run. i got the kumbing from lake cebu near davao, it was hand made.

  • @xXxSkyViperxXx kubing is not just found in northern luzon. most kubing are from mindanao specially cotabato, davao. maguindanao, sultan kudarat regions.

  • i want one!

  • Hey, thanks for posting this video. Nice!!!

Where did you buy your Filipino Dàn Môi? I'm planning to buy one.... Kindly let me know the store/web.... I would appreciate your help.

    Thank you very much!

  • @guilhermeny Oh i didnt buy this online. haha i bought in when i visited my family in the Philippines.

i bought it in the Mindanao area at Lake Cebu. Its a pretty popular tourist site.

but yeah it was hand carved and very traditional

but they also sell them in the metropolitan area of Manila. you just need to go to the tourist markets.

but the ones you find in Manila are more cheaply made. if you want a good quality you have to find a

    native made one.

    hope this helps :)
