1) Enzymes and other proteins are usually digested in your gastrointestinal system before your body has a chance to absorb them in their original form.

2 We go through the adrenaline response in our daily life as we dodge traffic, get in heated arguments, and fight with each other (as kids).

The Cortisol from that animal is absorbed by the human being, and can make us more stressed, just as horse steroids can give a human more muscle. Animal hormones do get absorbed, and they do effect humans if you eat them.
