U can get into mltiplayer by using your phone in singleplayer, U can customize ur own character, there r different modes etc etc etc

ya for xbox 360.. the servers are global and you can connect together. But you have to pay for gold account... There might be a few games that will allow you to play together globally for free tho.. but I dunno what they are.

you need XBL gold account to go online with GTAIV.. and that requires payment. I can't quite remember but I think you can just set it up for 1 month, quarterly or yearly payment. Basically a gold account will allow you to go online with any other game too.

The xbox 360 verion of GTA gives you a code for 1 month XBL gold membership

Some games you can get online with Silver account. Thats a free service but about 90% of the games require gold.

I dont usually go player vs player online but this was just a rare one.
