If you voluntarily buy private insurance and a claim is denied, the insurer is a partner in a contract. If they violate that contract, you sue them. If you don't like the contract, buy from someone else.

H.R 3200 pg 152 sec. 242 or there abouts state specificaly that illegals will not be eligible. Now Wilson has backed up and said it doesn't include enforcement clause so that makes Obama a liar. The "death panels" are the current insurance boards that deny coverage at every opportunity with the blessings of their bought Senators and Congressman.

If you voluntarily buy private insurance and a claim is denied, the insurer is a partner in a contract. If they violate that contract, you sue them. If you don't like the contract, buy from someone else.
On the other hand, when government takes over, you have no recourse. And those panels of "experts" aren't just deciding what gets paid, they decide how doctors practice medicine.
They determine your actual health care, not just the finances.
Hence, "death panel", a rather accurate term.

Except no only is there no means of enforcement, the health care officials are strictly forbidden from asking about citizenship. It is like a 55 MPH speed limit and a sign saying there will be no enforcement of it.
You have the CHOICE (you aren't against choice are you?) to buy insurance or not. If the insurance companies don't pay, they lose customers. If the government won't pay....welll, you will still have gun put in your face and told you have to pay taxes. The two are not the same.

If you tried to get your car insurance to pay for a new car.....you would need car insurance to buy a new car. It becomes self-fulfilling as Insurance adds to the cost by nature. Why people accept this insurance model for health care is a mystery. They don't do it for food or anything else. If you had every scratch on your car then the service and the insurance would be far more expensive. This is not a complicated issue.
They aren't 50 Million Americans - most of those are illegals.

If Congress amends the bill to:
1) specifically deny coverage to illegals,
2) require proof of citizenship,
3) provide an effective means of establishing that proof,
then I will stop calling the President a liar, at least on this one issue.
But, until that happens-- and it has specifically been voted down by Democrats so far-- then the President is indeed a liar.

Palin extrapolated an ammendment to allow for end of life counseling to be reimbursed under medicare (put in by a republican I might add) into "deathpanels" that would determine care for the elderly. Fascinating. George W. instituted that exact policy in Tx. when he was gov.
