it sounds weird but chuck e cheese had been good therapy for me. i am getting over my fear of peopl in costumes and anamatronics. excercise. trying to deal with other peopls kids big crowds. its teaching me its ok to get out of my house and have some fun. i have other fun too like shopping but sometimes this is what i need. no doctor referral need. its costly. cheeper than a gym. more comfortable than a park.
