is this available for the pc? someone mentioned steam made an error with the OS support and that it was for the Mac only

Of course it's available for PC, Mac version got released after PC.

Not very much worth to buy at the moment, only if you like the style and a bit of arcade...

Developers say they will release new content. I hope they release co-op or multiplayer, would be awesome.
