If these protests are organised by the US/UK then it's in Ahmadinejad's interest to rerun the election with international monitors. If he has the huge majority he claims he'd win easily and make the West look foolish. And his government would have unrivalled authority instead of being discredited. The government of Iran should have taken steps to ensure they could demonstrate the election was free and fair. If they were confident of winning they would have done so.

This protests are mainly in Tehran, Tehran has about 15 Million people. all this people you see are not more than 100000 max...Most of the rich and half of mid class voted for Mousavi, all the poor and disadvantaged voted for Ahmadinejad,.lets assume that mousavi got 14 Million votes, about max 8 million are in Tehran doing the protests. and lets say the rest are doing portests els where, what about the other 56 million that are not with Mousavi.

If these protests are organised by the US/UK then it's in Ahmadinejad's interest to rerun the election with international monitors. If he has the huge majority he claims he'd win easily and make the West look foolish. And his government would have unrivalled authority instead of being discredited. And he wouldn't have to shoot a lot of Iranians.
As it stands, Ahmadinejad's behaviour is proof the election was rigged.

The government of Iran should have taken steps to ensure they could demonstrate the election was free and fair. If they were confident of winning they would have done so.
As it is the problems stems from their failure. Given the choice of rerunning the election with proper international monitoring, or else killing large numbers of Iranians, they should go with the rerun.

This protests are mainly in Tehran, Tehran has about 15 Million people. all this people you see are not more than 100000 max...Most of the rich and half of mid class voted for Mousavi, all the poor and disadvantaged voted for Ahmadinejad,.lets assume that mousavi got 14 Million votes, about max 8 million are in Tehran doing the protests. and lets say the rest are doing portests els where, what about the other 56 million that are not with Mousavi.
Mousavi lied , they cheered, some died.!
