@LegendKillerisBack2 It already is. The average solar soft X-ray flux is at the B level (GOES XRS), sunspot number and F10.7-cm are way above solar minimum values (space weatherdotcom). The new spots are at high latitude and there is lots of new magnetic field on the Sun (NASA SDO) as there should be. Solar cycle 24 is well on its way.

@LegendKillerisBack2 Absolutely not. The predictions, for what they are worth (which is nothing) , say we will have a lower than average cycle with a smoothed sunspot number of about 70. An average cycle is about 110. So quieter than normal but stil some activity to keep us interested - no disasters.
There is always the possibility of a huge flare or cornal mass ejection but they happen only once a century and nobody can predict when they will occur

i know that but what i mean is, we as a whole rely far too much on electrical goods, and our information/internet/banking requirements are so off the scale, that when this does happen, people are gonna think its the end of the world. personally speaking, i cant wait for it. i live in rural ireland so i wont get beaten or killed and i reckon i could go without youtube and my mobile for a few hours/days/weeks. no biggie. bonfires and barbeques, cant go wrong. lets hope its warm!!!!! haha

lawl... thing that gets me wierded out is the fact that "nineru "planet X" solar maximum" and metirites are suppost to happen at the same date...wich got me like "WHAT THE F..." i think most of the doomsday stuff now is just a way to scare the people... just like 2000, 1950 1912 and 1900 all these dates go buy a certin calender... called the mayan callender so far all the dates have bin incorect, plus the bibble says wer unna roast like brimstone but it dosent say the date and solar flare 2012.

maybe there's something to it. i dont believe in the bible or anything in it but a lot of civilisations preceding christian times predict 2012 as the end of days. watch "return of the nephilim" (1-12)on youtube. some very interesting facts and the man delivering them, chuck missler< is a devout christian. he believes in the bible but he also believes in nibiru/nephilim etc. some of it is a bit out there but some of it is very convincing. check it out, he sounds like he knows his stuff

@clutchoconnor the bible is actually THE TRUTH but it is very extraordinarily misinterpreted :/ -> and if you read it you will misinterpret if because you will take everything literally :/ --> only an open mind can read and understand it :) -> but it is THE TRUTH as it was written by people with open minds and most of stories are from astral projection :) WHICH IS THE TRUTH that only the one experiencing it can see :)
