Last month my local newspaper had a Washington AP article explaining how the Obama admin will use balloons, JET ENGINES, & artillery to release "pollution particles" across the skies to block the sun's deadly rays. The picture showed a balloon releasing a chemtrail. The article also said that this will cause severe DROUGHT! This is an attempt to stop global warming.
