Thanks heaps for this recipe! Made it tonight (halved the recipe) and it's just delightful. Looking forward to having that with some yoghurt as part of my pre-workout tomorrow! Thanks heaps.

Thank You so very much indeed for sharing your favourite recipe with all your experience it. Everything was explained precisely. I'd been looking for a good granola bar recipe, and I'm kinda glad I found yours though it didn't turn out to be a bar. That's what I have to ask You. Do I have to increase the amount of maple syrup or honey to make it thicker? I must say You do have a good sense of humour as well, It simply put a smile on my face three or four times.
@BuenitaAngel - Thanks! I don't always use Wheat Germ just to change things up and sometimes I chop up whole almonds instead of sliced, but I always love this granola. (just made more this morning - hey, who keeps eating my granola?)
Hey, I liked your video. Just a few nitpicky comments.. you said that dark pans reflect more heat, but actually dark colors *absorb*more heat (that's why alphalt roads are always hotter than sidewalks) but your general idea was correct - hotter. You said that you use various nuts for vitamins, but a lot of those vitamins are ruined in the cooking process. Also, you're letting the granola brown a lot, which is using the Maillard reaction to add flavor .. but browning food creates acrylamides
I made this granola today and it is the best I have ever had! Thank you so much Jenny for sharing this with us. I have been a big fan of yours for a long time and I am so glad you are on YouTube. I am trying to get healthy and you are a great inspiration.

I hope I don't seem rude for saying this but granola always makes me fart.

@BigFatBetty when you pass wind it could be due to the gluten?

I made this today (without the coconut and wheat germ) and it came out DELICIOUS! My family gobbled it all up. Thanks for this great recipe!

Hello Jenny,
I just found your post by looking for microwave popcorn. Found that and liked how you presented your recipe.
This one for granola looks great too.
I am glad I found you.
Looking forward to seeing more of your recipes.
Thanks, from a grandma in Las Vegas.
