  • light weight my ass...

  • UP TIS

  • if he had bigger legs he would be olympia top 3 everytime

  • 0:56 hup! hup! hup!

  • This is one of the few pro body builders who seem to go through a full range of movement when reppin'. I've only watched a few of Johnnie Jackson's video's however I've just finished watching Ronnie Coleman perform a seated shoulder press and he doesn't get anywhere near to a full range of movement like this. I'm sure there is good reason behind this but I've never understood why a lot of pro body builders avoid this. I know its not good to lock out but some don't even get close to that.

  • @RMCSEAN They don´t wanna burnout their triceps

  • esa mancuerna pesa 35 kilos...

  • Its funny how he only says 'its only 3 sets'

  • damn he has a sexy body.. not too big, not too small. just perfect imo

  • yyayay repin extreme couture

  • They are some NICE looking dumbells!

  • Thanks johnny. Good tips. What weight is he using? Lol

  • nice "little bit of light weight " -.-' there.. :L

  • man just looked at them dumbells n got hench lol

  • 0:37 - Epic jugging guy in the bagground

  • I still prefer the old weights. These look so clumsy

  • GOOD LUCK

  • imagine squeezing it up rather than just pushing it up, believe me you'll feel a huge difference

  • what i wanna know is how the fuck do you flex your chest on the eccentric phase, i guess with a bigger chest you can but i can only really feel my chest flex when i do crossovers

  • Lol fkn light weight is bigget than his head

  • 0:14

'This one is start off fairly heavy, because uh........I'm absolutely stacked'.

  • i always go to the gym look at the 100 pound dumbbells and say "who the heck can do these?!" well the answer is this guy can lol and others like him

  • the gym i use has those dumbells. they are wank!

  • I have really trouble to get heavy dumbells in the right trainingposition (incline or flat), because my triceps and forearms arent very strong by now....so its hard to bring them up before I start. I have no trainingpartner.

Can enyone give my some tipps?

  • his warmup bench is 225lbs!

  • lol light weight priceless

  • johnnie, is very underrated in the sport.

i hope he gains big sucsess soon.

  • a very underated body builder !

    i hope his time comes

  • Gosh nicest dumbells i`ve ever seen

  • his muscle groups just bulk out so much it looks mean

  • how can anyone not take johnnies advice.

    whatever he says goes.

  • if i could have a body like a bodybuilder, it'll be like him! FUHK YUUH!!!

  • lol just a little bit of light weight..

  • great strength, n very good form too. went all the way down, touched the chest n right back up, great form. unlike people who cant even bring it down couple inches.

    Jackson is a Beast!

  • He is so right about "mind and muscle connection", but its so hard to focus.

  • does any1 think that the angle is abit too high ? i never go that high because i would be using my front delts abit too much, im just curious peeps no hate mail please lol

  • that bench it's to incline..

  • look at his freeekin traps.

  • bad ass gym with a badass bodybuilder

  • i mean can u honestley say this guy is unproportionate i mean this guy makes 250 thousand a year plus tell people that pay for him to work out that u dont no shit man.johnny is a fucking beast i think he is verry over looked .like alot of people over look evan centopani that guy in a few years will be mr.o for sure so stop hateing on this guy he is a fucking beast and his back is unbeleavable.love those traps.

  • How do you figure that people overlook centopani? He hasn't been pro very long and he did win his last show the NY Pro.

  • @bobmths He is not overlooked man.He just doesnt have big legs. His upper body may be better than some pros in the olympia but his legs are small if you compare them to his body.(I am not saying that i have bigger legs or that his legs are skinny. Its just that they dont fit with his upperbody.)

  • i love this dumbbells ---the one"s at my gym are old

  • Those are Hamiltons (if im correct), they use them at my local gym, they're pretty nice.

  • what degree does the bench have to be at?

  • The higher the degree the more the shoulder is activated. The lower the more the chest is activated.

  • @Darkstar2520 it doesn't "have" to be any particular angle. he looks like he's doin a 45 degree angle here. bench press exercises work your chest on a plane of motion: the more upright the angle, the more stress will be put on your upper pecs and anterior delts. most people spend way too much time on flat benching and can gain some strength that way, but not good symmetry like pro bodybuilders have.

  • @Darkstar2520 I'd say around 30 degrees. Too much lower and you're crossing into the flat bench region; any higher and it becomes more of a shoulder press.

  • @Darkstar2520 the best angle for the upper chest section is 45 degrees. any degree higher works your delts. any degree lower then 45 is a lower part of the chest section.

  • @m6am6m6on i saw charles glass u can even go at 55-60 degrees on the incline. But the basic angle is 45 .

  • that dude is prolly working out right now

  • His trap muscles are legend.

  • i love how he presses that heavy weight but the dude on the machine behind him and no weight on it. you can see him behind johnnie at :38

  • @rokstr3 LMAO

  • LMAO Does he say grab a little light weight @ 0:23?

  • Did these today for the first time. Got a much better pump than I get from the incline barbell press. So far, I like it.

  • Ha, those are some sick looking dumbbells!

  • dem dumbells look crazy

  • Johnnie's traps are a little unproportionate with his body

  • lmao they r beast

  • I agree, he would look alot bigger if they were smaller.

  • wtf are those state of the art dumbells lol

  • I wonder how much those dumbbells weigh.

  • LOL, "Grab a little bit of a light weight"

  • "Lets grab a lil light weight here"

    Pulls out huge ass dumbbells!!!

    lol

  • @cruzjesse117 yeah I was stunned lol

  • Keep it up Johnnie. You are my inspiration in life.

  • damn his traps are awesome
