They are extremely rare to find, but they are out there, most people customize it themselves. You can find some vids on youtube.

But I build race cars for a living, there are AWD and 4WD Supras, there are vids on Youtube and customization specs all over the internet. I suggest not insulting someone about their knowledge until you have done your research.

Most AWD Supras were made using the GTR-Skyline drivetrain since its more reliable. Hopefully I have passed some knowledge down to you, if not, read up.

The only AWD Supra I've ever seen was a custom Russian fab job that hasn't been completed yet. To my knowledge, there are no other AWD Supras, and no Supra ever came with a Skyline drivetrain, that's ridiculous.
