*Allow me to corect the biggest one. It is not the FBI to which Walruses should be reported, it's "ic3 . gov". The FBI has important fish to fry, things like terrorists, viruses, and cyber-predators.
IC3 . gov handles petty raids like Walruses and Anonymous.
Furthermore, KZ1237895 pointed out that DOXing is legal if someone was dumb enough to share their personal information. However, if unconventional methods (beyond WHO-IS, actual programs that track people down) are used, then the law gets involved.
Lastly, she stated that Denial of Service is traditionally handled by local authorities, and not the FBI. However, since it is on a wide-scale, IC3 . gov can get involved.
I wish to thank KZ1237895 for these necessary clarifications.
It is used to look up websites to find the targets address, and the rest of there details if they register a domain with accurate details, then the walruses have dox.
They're not? Then what do you call DOXing (stealing personal information), Denial of Service (shutting down websites due to traffic overload), and their "Team Club Penguin is no more." video? If you have even paid attention to their attacks, you should be aware how their goal is to shut down various CP fansites.
Lastly, they ARE violating their hosts' Terms of Service and they have been reported to the FBI. The FBI actually has a branch to handle folks like the Walruses.
Did anyone notice the vuvuzela mode? It's on this video... >:)

After I get Windows Seven, I am now SO grateful that I use the FireFox. Internet Explorer Eight is HORRIBLE.

The walrus wiki is perfectly legal. And they are ''not'' a hacker group. Get your facts straight.

Yes I do, and I sued my sound back!
In all honesty, FireFox isn't TOO MUCH different from IE (which I miss), but it loads faster so I'm stuck with it.
P.S.: EAT LEMONS, WMG! I'M A LAWSUIT GURU!
