Contact HP support. Go to Start, Help and Support, Contact HP. From there you can start a chat session with an agent, or find phone numbers to call. They should be able to help you.
But it DID happen izurz, it actually caught on fire. I have no idea why but the store were not prepared to do anything about it. HP DID however replace the unit and my friend had to set the whole thing up herself. They could have at least offered a "free" three year extended guarantee. Perhaps it was "dropped" by the carriers, I dont know. The whole experience was disturbing to say the least. On the up side, she loves it and so far so good.
I has intended to buy one of these early next year, but I have a real concern. My friend bought one and loves it,but the first one made a "crunching noise" so it was returned. The second one delivered was a delight right up till the third day when it started smoking and in fact burning while is "pause mode" I really still want one BUT has it got a "cooling" problem? I would hate to have mine catch on fire one day out of its measly guarantee period. Can anyone help or advise please.
Why won't my touchscreen work? It worked for like a month and now it doesn't work. Plz reply :/
