this look very similar with the naan bread that the uyghurs from china make in beijing, its delicieous,i reallly wanna go to turkestan east to learn how to make this delicacy of the turkish cousine;)
It is nice to see a video of ordinary life in Afghanistan. I hope that trade and commerce grow and make Afghanistan a very prosperous place, and that all have enough to eat and that things will be better for Afghani people.
There are places like that in the States or at least near where I am at and they even have a store attached to the place. Now I am not saying they cook the bread the same way as in a wood oven or by "slapping" it to the walls there in, but they do serve traditional Arabic food. That bread does look good though.
Actually considering how hot it gets in that country at times..this is the smart way to cook. Doesn't really make alot of sense to turn on an oven in the house when it's 120 degrees outside, now does it?
fuck u afghan dont use that damn tawa to make naan thats paki style u fuckers thats not afghan bread afghan bread is taller than paki guy u dhal ka bacha

This Bread looks great, like pizza cooked in a stone oven, fresh and good. the way this bread is cooked, breadmakeing is a art form.

It's really cool how the dough sticks to the side of the oven like that. I've never seen this exact baking technique used before.
