i think the reason why lloyd is fighting the two new character is for the the x sphere(whatever they are call) and he wants to desroy it. that's what he said in TOS. if he did burn the city down then i think he must have a good reason. for ex. to stop the war so the mana tree wont die or to stop the producing of the x sphere. for sure lloyd is not a bad guy. oh! and i just hope that there are 4 player battle mode and hope the 4 player battle mode is better than TOS.

for what i have found out is that lloyd After he reunited the two worlds, he began to search for the remaining Exspheres: his goal was to prevent them from creating further victims. getting kratos back is a hidden option. its better to have other characters to have a good relationship, turing down somthing like that would be kind of rare but a truly evil person found that out.
who knows, maybe namco made a hidden side story after beating the game where u can play as the original 9 (only 8 people can be in the same party at once)(lloyd, collete, genis, kratos, raine, sheena, presea, zelos, regal)

I'm so annoyed that Kratos isn't playable- he just narrates. Kratos is WAY cooler than Zelos in my opinion. I chose to kill Zelos in the first one so I could have Kratos.

i hear lloyd is playable at certain parts of the game. (but im not sure completely) but it looks really good. emil looks like a pretty good character. :)

all i have to say is this is gey if lloyd dies in that game or is the main bad guy for the entire thing (should be like with kratos where he goes good cuz he needed to be evil or somethin for some reason)

Lloyd is not evil he was the leader in destroying palmocosta which the new chracters parents were killed in and they find Lloyd and try to kill him Tethalla is looking down on slvarant because there lack of stuff so each one of them makes a army and they fight slvarant vs the church of martel remember church of martel is from tethalla and when the two worlds came together The lakes turn into desserts and ice. Its a conflict they are both good but Lloyd is part of silvarant and he was trying to

its because they supposedly blame lloyd for their parents death (you know, lloyd being a hero from slvarant) so they are hunting him down. im not to sure but this game is a war between sylvarant and tethalla because of differences in technology and power

getting kratos back is a hidden option. its better to have other characters to have a good relationship, turing down somthing like that would be kind of rare but a truly evil person found that out.

who knows, maybe namco made a hidden side story after beating the game where u can play as the original 9 (only 8 people can be in the same party at once)(lloyd, collete, genis, kratos, raine, sheena, presea, zelos, regal)

oh man...y is lloyd the main antagonist of this game? this sux! DX he was such a good person in ToS1, but now, everything's changed about him...i feel bad 4 him. maybe he's not a real enemy...maybe he jst got caught insome sorta misunderstanding or something :'(
