At this Baptist church we do have White members and Latino members. No, not many because of the makeup of the neighborhood. But all are welcomed and I'm sure the same is true at any Baptist church. Christ calls for us to love God and love our neighbor.

In fact I have been in churches in cities like Chicago and New York City where foreign tour groups include a black church service as a part of their tour experience. In fact, in Harlem there are special gospel tours even during the week where churches open their doors and conduct services specifically for tour groups.

I absolutely love this video. Johnny was like a son to us and played for my husband's church in Scranton during his college years. And he has not changed one bit. He was a gifted and anointed young man then and now. God bless and keep you Johnny.

Despite the fact that I am the biggest atheist going I just adore gospel music. I love the celebration and harmonies and the sheer beauty of singing from the deepest depths of your soul. If only the songs weren't all about god and religion :(

At this Baptist church we do have White members and Latino members. No, not many because of the makeup of the neighborhood. But all are welcomed and I'm sure the same is true at any Baptist church. Christ calls for us to love God and love our neighbor.

@ChefBoiHungryBeatz its just in England we don't really have this kind of thing and as a lover of soul/gospel music I have always wanted to attend a service but would be a bit worried as being seen as a tourist in some way disrespecting the relgion if I just pitched up.

@yazzman13 First and foremost everyone is welcome in God's house....so you should never feel worried about coming to check out a service. In fact I have been in churches in cities like Chicago and New York City where foreign tour groups include a black church service as a part of their tour experience. In fact, in Harlem there are special gospel tours even during the week where churches open their doors and conduct services specifically for tour groups.
