To question how (c) works limiting the access to works, w/o any benefit at all. I already quoted your works a few times in this matter...
Just to point out here, the reason that non-lawyers are commonly deferential to the law is that they commonly are not in a position to gauge if a law is good or not. People in general defer to experts. In this case, they defer to lawyers.
