  • Thank you for this input, it truely helps me to re-understand why I am writing my LL.M. final thesis on "Orphan works. Towards an international workable solution". To question how (c) works limiting the access to works, w/o any benefit at all. I already quoted your works a few times in this matter...

  • Just to point out here, the reason that non-lawyers are commonly deferential to the law is that they commonly are not in a position to gauge if a law is good or not. People in general defer to experts. In this case, they defer to lawyers.
