About the "I found Jesus" t-shirt: I didn't know that Jesus was lost. We are all lost until He finds us, like the shepherd in Luke 15, who leaves the 99 sheep, to go and search for the one that is lost. How about: "Jesus found Daniel"? Jesus finds us when the Holy Spirit softens our heart, towards the message of repentance and His shed blood on the cross.

I just don't buy the whole, "God is perfect" thing. If God was perfect, why does he describe himself as jealous and wrathful? That doesn't sound like my idea of a perfect deity, instead it sounds like a spoiled child. Perfection itself is a human concept, one that is only satisfied by meeting certain criteria that a person has preprogrammed into thier mind.

I never said I wanted a god that would let me do whatever I pleased. I was just pointing out the inconsistencies in the Bible's presentation of God. Soon I pray that God will baptise me with His Spirit, which is the next step according to the Methodist conference of 1759 which outlines the steps of receiving the Baptism. They used other Biblical terms to describe it like "Christian Perfection, Living Faith, etc.." Only when we receive the Baptism are we qualified to be Christ's witnesses. I would encourage you to stop witnessing and go to the upper-room and get the power of God to enable you to witness effectively in holiness all your days.

I would encourage you to read John Wesley's sermon 89: "The More Excellent Way." John Wesley - "Who then is a wise man, and endued with knowledge among you? If you really thought it was truly SINFUL, a quick editting job would make sure you would not lead others to stumble.
