We should all do a little soul searching about our famous motto. In the Bible, it states that “In the beginning, God created Heaven and Earth”. That would mean that God created the North American continent, and all of its living creatres of life. Surely, God
did not approve of the oppression of his Native Americans.
We cannot be held responsible for the mis-deeds of our Founding Fathers, but we
could set the record straight with our motto, by changing it to read:
How many of you were asleep in class when the founding principles of freedom of religion and seperation of church and state were taught? I happen to trust in God and I also know I live in a country where it's none of government's business whether I do or you do or not. That's what plenty of our solders fight for. The ones who learned US history in school and not from TV preachers and country songs.
