In PS3/XBOX 360 Version. Sometime you hold X + O + L2 the Chip Model will glitches (Hedgehog Engine is still development for fixed the model problem), lucky for PS2 version (Mod Engine is fixed all hole expert in Apotos Act 1 you can go thourgh wall at behind you).

@DragonmasterRontio no its a failure in the model for chip, i've had the same thing happen, but i didnt have a working camera at the time. so i couldnt record it.

chips AI and GIF models are ALMOST perfect, but on a certain rank on a certain level can cause this, but its a 1 in 100 chance. nintendo could not fix it, but they could reduce the chances of it happening.
