Mine is doing the same exact thing! How frustrating!! I have also had mine about the same amount of time as yours. Worked beautifully for about a year and a half, then this crap started happening! It's a miracle to get ONE good print! Could it be a batch that had this issue and the QC at Sony never caught it, or they did and just decided to ship them anyways??? Makes me wonder as Sony has decided to get out of the pro printer business. Even if they stayed in it, I'd never buy another one! JUNK!
