Don't sit here and try to defend BM. You DO rely on your pet. Besides that, you have nothing. Bm hunters are completely useless without their pet, and you guys DO rely on the redbutton. I've been there done that, you get way more tools to use on marks / survival.

i wouldnt go as far as to say BM hunters have no skill and "omgredwins" usually the ppl who's toons arnt good enough to kill a BM Hunter cry about the pet thing,i have spec'd back and forth with my hunter for various reasons. i've also had my share of giving and recieving the rape. just because your on a PVP server doesnt mean you know how to PvP. it all comes down to the player. i'm currently BM now, and i dont just push "Redpet" i use all skills, traps, shots.. and i move quickly and effortly.
i tried this before i was bm and i think lock was sl/sl.. neither of us was amazing geared but we made 1650 or so with ease but then he ran out of playtime n quit but main 2 make this good lock goes in spam fears healer bm just nukes the fuck outa dps works best v healer/dps teams but not 2xdps

if you played a hunter/thought about what your saying "omg redpetpwns" and "1 button win"..your saying you die 18 seconds into an arena fight? rgoues can vanish away and waste it all, mages iceblock, other hunters feign death so it has to run back for a few secs

Avallon18, BM hunter does own MM hunters, but only in a duel.
In Arena MM hunters can own so much more than BM hunters. All people need to do is kill a BMs pet and your line of power is dead.
MM can have their pets killed and be able to do the same ammount of DPS they could do even with a pet.

With MM you gotta think of what you're doing thats why most hunters stick with BM :P
