the problem with kevin riley is that he's subconscious about his mechanics during the play. he is not focused on simply getting the ball from point A to point B, but how he gets it there, unlike a guy like brett favre
also, he needs to change his whole mechanics in general. his delivery and footwork are awful. if he gets the delivery of colt mccoy, and the footwork of mark sanchez and practices a lot. then the only thing holding back Cal from the NCG are injuries and east coast bias

well good news.. Kevin has changed his throwing motion over the spring as well as his footwork. apparently his passes are comming out faster and more accurate
