Same goes for you Idiot! Don't bring your uneducated crap in cultural events! Don't you know anything about the opera prince Igor? Or several great Russian masterpieces?

I guess no! Where do you screw ups come from?

  • @laryea2011 What the hell is an education? Compared to my EXPERIENCE you are probably the ignorant one. Both of you. Bah, I wonder!

  • @StrongGayBlackMan You are gay and black, you don't have right to express your opinion. And if you are a hater there is Justin Bieber, go there.

  • Klasična muzika - muzika za dušu ^_^

  • Ponosan sam na svoje ime ! :)

  • Sounds just like a a movement of his third symphony...

  • Impresionante!

  • Maestralno! Da, dovoljno je toliko reći.

  • I play this game, musaic box available on steam, and it leads me to all sorts of classical music on youtube. And it's strange, the melodie sounds familiar somehow and I probably have heared it before but I don't know where or when. I like the calm part at the beginning better.

  • @MartinGro131 Maybe in the Audi Commercial 1998 for the new A8 with André Kostolany?

  • ovde do izrazaja dolazi neznost koju posedujemo svi mi sloveni. verovatno najvece delo klasike.

  • Long time ago, I thought the Russians are only good making jet fighters, satellites, roeckets and vodkas...not until I hear these music.

  • @jbrian80 didnt you think they where good at making weapons O_O

  • @Trillios I didn't mean weapons, I mean technology. I am sure most people outside Russia know more about soyuz, migs and lasik surgery than Rachmaninoff..etc

  • @jbrian80 ah i see, here (where i live) the only thing russians are known for is killing, weapons and Vodka sadly.... so i get confused sometimes

  • @jbrian80 lazik surgery? this is greek, my friend. From Crete to be exact.

  • @jbrian80 Oh they got culture! -- especially literary geniuses too, man.

  • come sempre splendido

  • sigurno jedno od najsavrsenijih dela klasicne muzike

  • @UmanjeniSeptakord po meni jeste :D

  • jeste

  • I remember "Stranger in paradise", the song. Walking in the sky

  • This guy was a chemist. Hilarious right?

  • See, bro operas are poor... BEES!!!!

  • this one always haunted me, almost feels like some sad distant memory... my father's side were poor Russian Germans, I almost wonder if ancestral memory is infused in your genes... feels so familiar to me

  • @dreamtransmissions you may have heard it as a very young child- a crib memory perhaps. We have few, if any memories of prior to 3 or 4., but something may be imprinted at a very young age. Music especially.

Did your family all survive the pogroms, the Stalin years, the war,- all of it? None of my business, just interested in the stories.

  • @baghend I've wondered about that, about how much of my relatives had stayed in Russia... my closer relatives moved out here one generation before the revolution, most farmers in Nebraska by that time. but from what I know before then, they'd been peasants somewhere in Russia, and even owned some of their own land. I'm really curious to see if any of my relatives have any records, or old stories written down... would like to know how far back we go back there

  • @dreamtransmissions You're up early, or up late.

Thanks for writing- very interesting family history. Yes, please research it all, find any old photos, and ask the elders if you have any. You'll regret not doing it when they pass. Have it to pass on to your children. Your family must have been part of the great waves of European immigration to America in the late 18oo-early 1900's- many came to Canada as well. Luckily yours got out before the revolution and the purges, and the wars.

    -Bill

  • @dreamtransmissions I'm decended from Romany Gypsies, I wonder if that makes me a natural born thief?

  • THE LIFE OF BORODIN the next time you listen to Borodin remember he was just a chemist who wrote music to relax; his house was jammed with people: students, artists, drunkards, bums, and he never knew how to say: no. the next time you listen to Borodin remember his wife used his compositions to line the cat boxes with or to cover jars of sour milk; she had asthma and insomnia and fed him soft-boiled eggs and when he wanted to cover his head to shut out the sounds of the house sh

  • You should correct the title to read "Polovtsian Dances from Prince Igor." Although they are the best known selections from the opera & are often played as a stand-alone concert piece, they are just a small part of this 4 acts plus prologue Russian

  • Great music, but offcourse it's not Prince Igor. It's Polovetsian dances.

  • @maggajver It is so! Polovetsian dances is a part of the Opera "Prince Igor" composed by the russian composer and shoemaker Alexander Borodin.

  • @pertoger Are you crazy "shoemaker".Borodin was a founder of modern russian chemistry.

  • @STeReoLoGiC88

I onda nam zavrnuli gas...

  • @gabrioulo com certeza

  • Lovely TY Rustam

  • The God's voice. I'm sure.

  • Since no-one else posted this, this is the Polovtsian Dances. Prince Igor is just the name of the opera. Please thumbs-up me so this goes to the top so everyone wondering the name of the piece can know it

  • i like to hear it on my way to the bus, under the shower, while i´m eating...it gives me a way 'lives seemes to sing and dance' (is this correct? i don´t know) it´s just epic ^^

  • Neverovatna kompozicija. Uvek se najezim kad je slusam.

  • this should've been slavic national anthem. russian for example

  • Borodin discovered Borodin's Reaction too..Which is about organic reaction of silver salts of carboxylic acids with halogens to give organic halides..HE is awesome...Arts and Science together

  • i saw the fountains in barcelona and borodin was playing, it was one of the most magical experiences of my life.

  • Kad slusam ovo drago mi je sto imam Slovensku krv!

  • Who's the wundervoll voice from 4.35 to 4.50?

  • Borodin was one hell of a chemist! Talented! So much drama and romance in the industrial age :))

  • RAHXEPHON!!!

  • Great composition. I think the music is the language we can all "talk" freely...it can bring different people together.

  • I don't know why anyone would want just the orchestrated version of this piece. The choir practically makes it and structures it. Just wouldn't be the same without it. This is one piece that I would love to do in choir.

  • And he was a doctor? ¿music was only a hobby?I wonder what would happened if he were been a musician full time...

  • and something more for information.Aleksandr Borodin left the oprea uncomplete at his dead. The opera was completed by Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov and Aleksandr Glazunov

  • Benissimo!

(Warren G is black shit who ruined this song)

  • Magnificent composition! :) One of my favorites!

  • How could that bullshit from rapsody have more views than this?!

  • simply ethereal.....

  • MERAVIGLIAAAAA!

  • I remember vividly listening to classical radio years back and someone had requested this piece, reminding the personality they wanted the CHORUS version. Still makes me smile to this day.

  • Nema reči kojom bih opisala ovu lepotu....

  • Can anyone tell me where to find this as an only orchestrated piece?

  • @litterboxplayhouse you can try on imslp.org

  • Gotta love Russian classical music :)

  • I love this opera, because it partially talks about kypchaks (polovetsian)!!! And music is brilliant!
