In my complete opinion, this is more popular games of '08. For one, World At War, is in there, and a lot of people don't really like that. Another, Midnight Club: L.A. isn't here for one. And then there's handhelds and wii exclusives and such.

Well, heres a few suggestions:

If you like games like Oblivion, but also shooters, you should try out Fallout 3. Its amazing.

If you like racing games, Grid is def the way to go.

If you want a game that is completely different than any other game, and that is only for the gaming elite, pick Armored Core: For Answer

Lastly, if you want a game you most likely wont stop playing, theres always Halo 3 ;P

BTW, Halo Wars just came out, and I have to say its pretty awsome. But its a strtegy game, so dont expect anything like the other Halos.

Take it to gamestop or take it to block buster or hollywood video and have them clean it for you... Or since it is a microsoft game it might be on that disc replacement list...A new little feautre they've got..You only pay $20 for the game to get mailed to you...But it might not be on the list
