I teach three year olds, regular pre-school not gymnastics, and one little girl is always asking to "bend" which is what she calls a summersault. I bet she'd love this stuff. They're so cute and so are your boys.

I haven't had a chance to film them yet. Once their skills improve a little bit and I don't have to chase them around the whole time I'll give it a shot. They don't do the most exciting stuff in the world yet but at least watching them on the trampoline will make for a good laugh.

Ok that's it. Once I have kids, I'm stickin them in gymnastics. I know it's very healthy for them, and I know it builds muscle, strengthens their cardiovascular system, builds a strong sense of balance,toughens them up, and it's just plain fun climbin around and swinging about. It's clear they love it. I love it too.
