Why would they denounce it? Like McCain's ad, it's a positive ad. It's calling McCain very popular celebrity.

Frankly, if they did denounce it as "negative," that would prove the media's pro-McCain bias, since they all bought into the McCain campaign's spin that McCain's ad was "positive."

I'm not a fan of this kind of ad, but Obama had to respond. McCain was in the Hollywood circuit and was the original "celebrity" when he returned as a POW, so his name-calling of Obama was absurd. I'm glad Obama countered it, but unfortunately I don't know if this will get the same attention McCain's original celebrity ad will get.
