My great-grandparents came to the U.S. from Russia. I decided to learn Russian when I got to the university. I've been studying for two years. Go for it! It's a beautiful language. =D

where are the subtitles?

Look for an up arrow [ ^ ] button in the bottom-left corner of your YouTube player. Click it, and a sub-menu will popup with [CC] & [Annotations] buttons. Click on the [CC] button to turn on Closed Captions.

You should have subtitles now.

Switch the player to HQ mode if your internet speed permits for higher quality.
