It shows Leo (Daiki Nakamura), Mike (Toshiharu Sakurai), Raph (Hiroyuki), Don (Xiucheng), Splinter (Hideyuki Umezu), and April (Emi Shinohara, she's a good singer too!) on top of the Tokyo TV VA. I like this more than the English closing as iconic as I find that!

Thanks for the title and artist translation. It's a pity though that a full version of this song may not be avaliable to the general public anymore. Well I looked for her on CD Japan and came up with 1 to nill results. I think Matsuoka Yuka may only sing for complation anime soundtracks. I'm guessing this song was avaliable as a single in 1995, but I can't seem to find an album of hers which may also include this song. Ah well.
