Yeah if you were CEO or leadership in any positions, you will be a reductionism. Why ? It is based on our needs or equal standard in reality. My question is what will you call our US president ? Holism ? My answer is no. It is a reductionism. President has to do and solve the problem for us and America. For one example, if your car is broke down due to bad alternator, it needs a new part before it can be running again.
@67ulfan Of course. But who said I'm only a CEO and nothing else? Didn't you know I also do my own accounting? I also do my own strategic planning. I also do the labor work. I also do my own corporate taxes. I inspect all purchases that the company makes. I also offer consulting work for my own company. I do everything in my company. So what does that make me? A reductionist? No. But like I said to others reductionists are important part of wholes. But they are lesser than wholes.
Barry is the gems of wisdom, words are both reliable and true. Yes, reality of those things, since they are so different from what we expect. Barry you are pure holism. Indian have your new name is Hawk :) strenght /wisdom
Thanks for clarifying that for me Barry. But from what you are implying here. I guess "holism" isn't for me. I don't practice many cultures to become whole. Instead I chose to keep my culture alive and well since many N8Vs are not learning much about their own tribes&history. And that non-N8Vs are thriving on NDN culture 4 self-profit & personal gains. Good 2 hear from U @ last.
Sure. I understand. I don't think holism for everybody. If it were then it'd be a very dull world to live in. I agree with you about not many N8V are learning much about their own tribes & history. It's important that they start with their own before they learn other cultures. I agree with you on that. Good to hear from you as well. Stay well.
Holism is based on it's own concept, uniquely. It is not based on foreign concept but its own. Holism is a theory in itself. Nothing more and nothing less.
What am I, he asks? First I am me(not the sort who shares different identities). I am individual who cherishes his N8V heritage, culture, and spirituality. But is careful whom who teaches these things to learn from. Since Charlatans are quite common these days. Unfortunately, I don't sign, so therefore I cannot express my opinion on what it is that this man is purportly trying to teach here. But "Holism" is the fundamental theory that one believes in whole rather than parts.
Hi Sterling. You don't have to sign in order to express your opinion. This is done in text format so feel free and express yourself. One's identity is based on person's folklife background and experience. Some people are stuck with one culture and some are blessed with wealth of multiple cultures. The choice is ours. This brings us to 'whole', that of understanding all cultures and respecting them for what they are. People who limit themselves to one culture is not practicing holism.
Holism is who I am. I like the whole perspective and like to analyse the whole thing not parts. :) Being an artist requires me to be in an accepting mode all the time, which is a good thing and has taught me many things about what real whole world is about. Great vlog.
Hi B, it is just that we have sort of same taste our life, as you being Buckaroo, and myself being horseman, I owned 7 horses and run construction business, It is just something connected, I am interested to know how do you do with your Ranching, I am focusing on bitless by using cordeo (a rope around neck), & ride off, based on communcation with horse than using irons, spur, & pains, I find it is so interested and very challenge. I studied Nezvorov hauteecole Russian theory man on horse.
I'm sure we have much in common. Horses and all that. Wood working too. Craftsmanship as well. You and I should visit together in person or by VP. You have VP? We're going to BC Canada this fall. maybe visit you on our way to Dawson Creek then we can chat away! Hope so.
Hi B, I think you made me hungry for this theory, and I know that it would be harder for you to tell each person, perhaps if you can directly me what I should read or learn about Holism, and to lessen your burden on your shoulder, and go on your busy life, Thanks for sharing
Not much to read out there about holism. It's complicated when reading a book about it but simpler when I explain in person. I don't know the best way for you to learn but we'll find a way for you to learn. Will chat with you soon.
Hi B, interested theory, with what is it related to? as per the history, regilous? there is lot of differents methods, which is that?, if I can learn more the better, thanks
Hello! The holism is a philosophy based on understanding wholes rather than limited to parts. It's very old philosophy that most people forgot today. Sad. Not religious. I will explain more about it to you somehow. You will find it helpful for your life too. It help everything.
Very interesting information. However, it might behoove u to introduce yourself. And perhaps you need to send your stuff to all the deaf vloggers to get their server to include your stuff. N
I love your vlog. Now I understand more about Holism and Reductionism more. I am leaning to holism now because I have different skills such as graphic artist, visual artist, painting, computer technician, webmaster, 3d design, web design. I am considering going to study developer field. Also I am creative.
