  • The only good thing in this video is the nipples. LOL

  • It’s a Nike commercial people and that’s great that they are exposing the arts period…and both girls done a really great job…and am proud of Nike and those girls “Great Job Nike & The Girls” I wish they put more commercials like that that shows Kung Fu…

    Thanks

    Webb

  • I've been studied and taught Wing Chun for a while and it always turns me on when I see women are practicing Wing Chun! Ladies if you take Wing Chun, you really got my heart and soul...

  • considering how much bad wing chun is on youtube... that was still awful. she is not martial artist.

  • come on she couldn't beat up an adult male.

    wing tsun is really useless.

i have done it for a whole year.

it's for old farts. it's worse than aikido as self defense.

  • I like the part where this whole thing was staged and people are still regarding it as amazing. I hate shit like that. Just like when someone says that a fighter is awesome because they see their highlight real. Now, i'm not knocking wing chun at all, i LOVE it; the simplicity and complexity of it amaze me. I'm just saying that its easy to make anything look nice when its presented like this .

  • Thanks for the video. I like much, again thanks.

  • wing chun => strength???? man they fucked up that detail for wing chun already. wing chun doesn't use strength.

  • @myfunkychannel Was just about to right the same thing :P

  • Master class? More like advanced beginners class...

  • I thought that Wing Chung was invented by a Shaolin Priest who reformated another style to teach a specific woman who had to defend herself from her abusive husband. Will anyone straighten this out for me?

  • @TheCosmicburrito2 Wikipedia shall clear your doubts! You will find your answer under the History segment.

  • Well to be honest. No martial art is better than another.

It depends on the teacher and the student.

Are you determined, do you want to learn the art properly?

But it's mainly the teacher. Good teacher = Good martial arts. Bad teacher = Bad martial arts + Getting beaten in a fight.

To be honest, this would make a good combination (my opinion).

    Wing chun, BJJ and Boxing.

  • the part where she does Chi Sao blind folded was kind of neat. the rest of it was silly

  • Nipple at 0:46

  • are you trying to say anyone, realy, could win George Foreman just because is practice a "traditional martial art" and boxe is just a sport? just kick his knee or jabbed in the eye?

it seems some ppl here have beliefs... no experience in MA, combat sports. WT its a good martial art, but its necessary good sens too! sorry for the bad english!

  • @lordxtuser I agree with you. While boxing is not a complete martial art, it does have it's practicalities and not just anyone can beat a WELL TRAINED boxer. Though I do think that any WELL TRAINED martial artist can beat a boxing champ. The words "well trained" are what people leave out of the conversation.

  • @joefasho7777 I agree with you and I also love boxing as a sport. Also unlike any sport it has a science and logic of speed and timing which can be applied to wing chun and any other martial art.

  • some thinks are traditional MARTIAL ARTS not sports...nike and other sports brands must stay in the sports....

  • What do you mean by SL program 9?

  • I studied Eagle Claw for six months and Wing Tsjun for 2 years under the Wing Tsjun International. I learned the first two forms and got my wooden dummy setup at home. I am moving to jujitsu and muy thai now because as much as I love WC I am disappointed in the lack of sparring and unrealistic practice drills they do. I understand some things can't be included in sparring but no sparring whatsoever is ridiculous and in my opinion it doesn't develop a martial artist to their maximum potential.

  • @OoJRevan Sir, by SL Program 9 there should be full contact sparring (by this level you should be able to spar without injuring your training partner)

  • @OoJRevan i know how you feel! lucky i found a WC sifu who realises the importance of sparring...

  • Pretty terrible.

  • Yes because clearly George Foreman's footwork is superior to that of a Wing Chun fighter. The real fight is in the footwork and well timed and precision kicks, out of which George Foreman at his age has none. Anyway just like there is good and bad boxing trainers there is also good and bad Wing Chun trainers as well but the Wing Chun art is by far, superior.

  • @OoJRevan I wouldn't call anything superior to anything else. It all depends on who's training and who they're learning from, a boxer could beat an mma guy, an mma guy could beat a fencer, a martial artist who isn't paying attention could be beat up by a golfer with a nine iron. Martial arts are like colors, no color is "better" then another, they're just different.

  • @KingNuada86 You're right. I shouldn't have used the word superior but instead should have used the word complete. It comes down to the person like you said.

  • @OoJRevan In the end none of us are masters of much at all, we're always going to be students, there's so much for all of us to learn. Which styles do you practice?

  • noob

  • I wonder if either one of these chicks could defend themselves in a real fight...

  • @tonyjr79

Kick to the balls. Very easy. First a strike to the head, not to beat them down but to focus them on the fist and then to kick in the balls.

Sometimes I train with wing chun pupil and most of them kick to the balls (we have ballprotection).

  • @cave321 Are you male or female? Is that what you would do in self defense?

  • @tonyjr79

Im male but in the videos there are females.

  • @tonyjr79 - I really doubt it!

  • Maybe the worst professional made WT Videos I've ever seen.

Want to see some good WT by a woman, search for (I am NOT a member of MWTA!):

"MWTA - Wing Tzun - Sifu Marcin und Lisa Mischke - Part 3"

  • Its good to see women training hard in martial arts. That can cut back on those bad statistics we often hear about. Keep going strong.

  • dieses rumgeiere soll sie mal bei einem thai boxer machen, der würde sie zerfetzen.

  • schwachsinn!!!

  • bad promotion for wing tsun she is doing parts of the biu tze form the third form in wt but she is doing it for NIKE a company well known for their abuses in the third world i would never ever buy again a NIKE product because i know in the other part of the world ppl are suffering because they get 50 cents a day and NIKE is selling their junk for lots of more dollars or euro , i hate NIKE but i love WT

  • nice!

    respect :)

  • Dear christ its a good thing that these women are not fighting otherwise they would break their hands! Good lord that is some horrible punching technique!

  • @ordonormanus lol i can assure you its the best techn, i have ever learned and i´m doing it since 1994 and i never broke me anything , by the way i had a lot of fights since 1994 i won them all with basic wing tsun techn, and when i say basic i mean basic chain punches and front kicks work for all not trained opponents for the bxers or wrestlers we have answers also but it takes a little bit more time , for basic fights 1 year and if you want to fight experienced ones do it 5 to 6 years

  • @GonG108

Cool man what organizations have you fought under? Are there any videos of you fighting?

  • @ordonormanus i am a deciple of salih avci in his former ewto times later he build his own org. no thee are no videos of me fighting but you can find some ( not very much of salih avci and some of his deciples ) i could not ask my opponents if its o.k. to tape the fights lol sometimes it happens that someone is begging for a fight but you cannot see this situations coming they happen just like shit happens , i had a view fights on the street thats it no championships (we have no championships)

  • @ordonormanus but don t get me wrong these where only a view times in several years and i m not looking for such situations ,

  • @ordonormanus i guess you got me wrong in a MMA fight with trained ppl you need a little bit more then chain punches and front kicks ( ellbows are not allowed) , most of them do a mix of gracie jiu ji tsu , boxing and some wrestling techn. these guys are a little bit more experienced then the average guy on the street , i was talking about street fights not cage fights .

  • nipple at 0:47

    you realize that's subliminal advertising

  • @xTheSexNinjax can you elaborate? You make no sense whatsoever. Are you arguing that boxing is a martial art and not a sport or that Wing Chun sucks???

  • I seen some hard nipples from the action... The blond liked it.

  • @schullee: this is the form taught by one of Yip Man's latest students - Leung Ting. It's correct and yet you might have learned it differently (have you?). The muscles are not tense, but ready. Like a spring, which also has an intrinsic power. WT does have intrinsic force, it's not all loose. This would be a misunderstanding of Wing Chun.

  • Know whats interesting, one of the most bad ass fighting styles, a fighting style that was Bruce Lee's core foundation was created by a woman. I find that awesome :)

  • @Ryotphoenixwing you know your talking about this one right? just wondering cause it wasn't clear in ur comment

  • Wing Tsun is the most dominant yet practical style of martial arts.PERIOD.

  • @montanasfinest44

and you know this because you have seen every martial art out there?

  • that is not wing chun that is stupid shit !!!

first, she did the biu jee form wrong

second, i can´t see a straight back or any other basic bodystructure, all there is are tensed muscles ... if you want to fight like that you should to karate !

  • @schulleee Depending on the Wing Chun family, the forms are slightly different. So you cant really criticize. For example, depending on tthe family, Si Lam Tao is done differently.

  • @Ryotphoenixwing

oh i can criticize it. cause i have more then enough wing chun experience to tell if sth. is going to work or not or if it´s any kind of good.

with wrong i mostly meaned her structure and the way she moves... that looks like karate there is nothing shown wing chun like, even though she did the movements

  • @Ryotphoenixwing

sure i can ! i have more than enough wing chun experience to tell if sth. is going to work or not. the way it´s shown there is nothing wing chun like shown there it looks like karate.

and i know forms can be done diffrent but tensed hands are just wrong and her ellbows are even pointing to the side while punching... that woman might know some form but has absolutely no clue about the wing chun princips -.-

  • I need a nike woman...LOL

  • nunhat einer dem Willen mich von meiner dauer einsamkeit zu retten

  • nice nipples!

  • Seen her in Sifu Wagner's video, she looks a bit like Michael Yeoung

  • 0:48

  • @onetao8 Just like boxing, UFC and any other style can be teached poorly,so can Wing Chun. And perhaps the reason why u never got to practice your skills in sparring was because your sifu did not deem you ready. Usually those eager to fight are shown very little of the style they are teached.

I'm practicing Chinese martial arts, different styles, and we do sparring every training session. Yet again we don't have UFC wannabes with us, so our sifu does show us more realistic things. And it's great

  • @nabapoisu i do shoalin and my sifu thinks im really good im a blue belt im not eager to fight but i train extra hard i just love kung fu but my sifu doesnt let me sparr much is blue belt too early or something just wondering because im scared of the day they say its time to sparr but if you train evry day doing what you learnd for hours wouldnt instinct and muscle memmory make it all come kind of easy

  • @XxjinusuxX Sparring is alot different from just training or doing forms (katas). Unless you're an extraordinary fighter (being that from birth somehow) i don't think coming in to sparring will be easy and using the katas in such ways. A tip: Your sparring skills will develop if you sparr probally not otherwise (it's something to get used to and then advance in).

    //mmacritic

  • wing chun never was souoused to be a peacfull meditation what a rubbish

  • i remember this girl when sifu wagner was teacher here. RIP sifu

  • OoJRevan Boxing is full of fucking shit really? u traditianal martail arts guys i understand where your coming from. I studied under chu shong tin for many years a closed door student of yip man. The problem is all your training is based in hypothetical scenarios so unless you have been in alot of real fights you are full of shit because you have never tested your skills. A boxer test his skill everyday and REALLY gets hit everyday. Bj penn uses boxing well in the UFC so what r u on about?

  • Well yes, Boxing is all about Endurance and delivering powerful punches back while most Martial Arts are usually about a deeper meaning rather than punching the first best dude.

They made a documentary on National Geographic that I think you'd might like, it's called "Fight Science" (it's really more popular science but it's a good watch anyway).

They determined that the most powerful punch comes from Boxers.

  • I have seen it. They took a chinese martial arts specialist who specializes on the sport aspect of wushu, not the traditional fighting aspect. So it was a tad bit dissapointing for me as far as reality and numbers are concerned.

But sure, boxers can deliver a punishment, but those hits have to land on moving and living opponent, not some dummy. Even in boxing ring their hits rarely land. Just get to your skull that there is none greater when it comes to the world of martial arts. Depends on ppl.

  • If you want to bring up a martial art that can stand up to Wing Chun please do your research and bring up Muy Thai or a realistic complete martial art. Boxing is full of fucking shit ! UFC is far better than boxing and it still passes for a sport with rules that protect the fighter. Any real martial art will not just beat a boxer but will seriously cripple him to cut off his footwork.

  • A boxer will never see a wing chun kick to the knee because it's not part of their training. Wing chun is a complete martial art while boxing is a competitive SPORT with rules. I'd like to see George Foreman try to beat anyone after getting hit in the knee and jabbed in the eyes.

  • @OoJRevan wake up or are you still in your dream world????

  • @OoJRevan - George Foreman would destroy pretty much any Wing Chun expert.

  • @OoJRevan Yeah, well George Foreman is not that kind of person. The man's actually very peaceful. But, truth is, boxing is a sport. and while passable for self-defense against your average thug, definitely won't suffice against any martial arts practitioner. I still love boxing though, as a sport.

  • @OoJRevan well said my son """"""very true

  • @OoJRevan By all means, attempt to do these things while he is hitting you with his jab. His jab would likely crumble most any average martial artist. Most boxers stand with some bend in their knees to make use of the power of the legs and hips in their punching so kicking the knee may not be as effective against a trained boxer as you think, and trying to jab someone in the eyes is also more difficult than most people imagine and is in no way the magic bullet it is believed to be.

  • @Godsmasher22 infact the knee thing is part of where wing chun get its strenght from also ofcourse the general structure and knowing where to apply pressure and overwhelming the opponent with chainpunches but the easiest way is bringing the opponent to the ground which needs you to move in closer which if not done properly is very dangerous with a boxer thats why you should follow their punch to get in close also limiting the effectiveness of any following punches hard to do though

  • damn she looks so pretty ;-)

  • I'm at least glad they tweaked both women's nipples.

  • get a job y'all!

  • thats just commercial stuff, just some attributes of wt

in remembrance of her man, sifu bernd elohim wagner!

  • sexy stuf but she know it was a joke just a add if it was realy she would probably do some serious damage with just what she knows.

  • Just stylish bullshit! Has nothing to do with Wing Chun!

  • The legend is supposed to teach the philosophy of WT not recount actual history.

It's just another lesson. Both on the error in overemphasizing the yang and in good triumphing over evil, weak overcoming strong etc.

  • I agree :)

  • I would do them both.

  • People are making silly petty personal comments instead of getting to the crux of the matter. This video is dreadful. It gives a false impression of both WT and WC and her technique is poor. Sure I'm no grandmaster, but then again I'm not doing adverts claiming to be shit hot. I've never heard of this female, but if you are telling me that she teaches kung fu then I would truly be shocked - I have beginners in my class who are better than this

  • Do you teach wing tsun?

  • I do teach wing chun. And it frustrates me when I see silly adverts portraying poor versions of wing chun. I'm still training and learning myself, but I expect adverts or films to contain guys with talent (for example Donnie Yen in the fabulous Yip Man movie)

  • Ya yip man class film where do ya teach?

  • I teach in the UK (London area)

  • one of my freinds is in london and looking for a place to do wing chun have you got website and i could let him know about it

  • I don't want to start discussing what style of wing chun I teach under (over a public website). However, there are plenty of excellent wing chun instructors in London. Good federations under Alan Orr, James Sinclair, Kevin Chan, Alan Gibson and many more

Just depends on what your mate is looking for.

  • what do you mean you don't want to start discussing what style of wing chun u teach under (over a public website). its not a personal question or is it that you don't teach at all and you're trying to make you're self look good because every instructor i know is delighted to see more students????????

  • Who said I was trying to make myself look good. Even as an instructor I could be a pile of crap (as many wing chun instructors are). I merely do not want idiots like you turning up and starting trouble as I get enough of that anyway. And it is a personal question. Good bye. Twat

  • you definatly dont teach as your getting so defensive and as i can see your very thick, unable to answer simple questions like do you have a website and you answer ''i dont want to start discusing what type of wing chun'' What are you serious you need your head examined if you think that's a personal question. And im guessing the reason for you saying your an ''instructor'' is to make it look like you know what your talking about

  • you talk such crap, hiding from people thats looking to learn kung fu, paranoid freak. You on this giving out about other peoples videos its only an ad, cant expect the quality of a film like ip man which took alot o money to choreograph. calling yourself kung fu king ha ha ha and your telling me your not trying to make ur self look good, u should change that to bulshit king.

  • Haha what a twat. Just because I wont give out my details. You are such a knob. Let me put the onus back on you - who are you? Where do you teach? What is your website?

  • I don't teach and I don't have a web site and i never asked you who u are, see it ant hard to answer simple questions which are not personal as there about your business not ur life and the only person that would have a problem with them questions is if there talking crap. either u have or havent a website which you don't or u would have said u did. and u don't teach as you would have said no that u don't instead of answering questions that were never asked and acting like a paranoid freak.

  • @KungFuKing166 yeah because that was soooo fucking realistic.

  • Are you talking about the Ip Man film? Didnt say it was realistic!! Just saying it had a whole load of good wing chun in it. This however was a load of crap, especially as it comes from WT - Leung Tings brand who recently was arrested for assault on a woman!!

  • @KungFuKing166 You are so right. I was shocked to see her technique... whaaaaaaaaaaaaat. I love Nike women. I use their products. I have a full wardrobe. But I will never move like this. LOL.

  • who are they fooling ??

  • anyone know who the blond is?

  • me gusto el video poco chafa pero vale la pena

  • Why are there not armies of these woman! aloha from Hawaii SifuZ

  • social conditioning to be skinny and sexy.

  • BS!!! That was horrible. Too much balance in her footing when she's in her side stance. Her knees barely bent at all. No goat stance, feet straight. Her upper body doesn't move when she's doing the tan daus (blocking and striking together). The purpose is for the body to move like a revolving door. That blonde chick doesn't know what she's doing either. A weak presentation of wing chun! Disappointing from somebody who's supposed to be a master!

  • its a nike commercial lol.

u cant really take adverts from corporate giants seriously anyway

  • I've seen her in non-nike demonstrations on youtube. It's been a few years since I've even done wing chun, but I can't look at her shitty technique and think she could even remotely kick my ass. Sorry!

  • You have no idea about the logic and reasons behind footwork. In forms and training it is designed to teach you, in a combat situation you adapt it accordingly. To become a master means you understand the concept of WT and can use it.

  • Ummm, only I do have an idea about the logic and reason behind wing chun. I have done the forms! I studied it! I don't like her technique! Deal with it!

  • Then you should go back and search deeper. I think you missed the art as do so many others who study martial arts. It should never be in your sight to disrespect any who study.

  • Was I disrespecting? Or disagreeing? The art was not lost, believe me. Every part of every movement had a meaning and every part of every form had a variable use. I don't think you really know what you're talking about!

  • I am 3TG and have taught 5 other students to 1TG. I know what i am talking about. Chrsita is an amazing martial artisit and a warm freindly person. I found your comment disrespectful, and just for the record she is a WingTsun exponent not WC.

  • LOL Of course you're a martial artist. This is the reason why I left the kung fu world. Everybody's a combative, fool. Did I say she was not a nice person? Do you want to go and tell her what I said? Fine! I'm sure she's a big girl, she can take it. I don't care enough to continue this any further.

  • You must still like the art enough to view video clips and begin your comments with, BS!!! That was horrible.

  • @jenni4ash Very true. Found it awkward all the way.

  • @jenni4ash this commercial is hardly a real test of her wing chun. My question would be about its effectiviness. I've yet to see any exponent of WC/WT move in the same manner, or agree on particulars. While you may not like her WC, that may not be the same as saying it is ineffective. It may be, but a demonstration like this is hardly the manner in which such things are proved. Kathy Long, Lucjia Riker and Gina Carano all have terrible WC, but would probably kick your ass.

  • GEILE TITTEN:))))))))

  • nice bit of biutze there- i like! very inspiring for such a short clip- not enough women doing it these days -considering it was created by a woman, for a woman!

  • That's the legend, but no one knows for sure. There is scant evidence that Ng Mui or Yim Wing Chun ever existed. Several experts on the art, including Benny Meng, have speculated that Ng Mui and Yim Wing Chun were fictional characters created by Red Boat sailors to throw off the Manchus.

  • im more inclined to believe the legend- the story makes sense.. I think its probably quite likely that these 'experts' would rather believe that Wing Tsun (being a very powerful system) was created by a man.. whatever floats your boat tho!

  • I don't know how long you've been studying Wing Chun. But for you to cast doubt on Benny Meng is insulting. The man is widely respected in Wing Chun circles as a historian of the art.

(BTW: I've trained in WC for 15 years under four teachers with lineages going back to Yip Chun and Yip Ching. I've also trained in mainland versions of the art).

  • sorry i did not mean to offend, i think i may have misspoken- not sure who Benny Meng is, and I definitely mean no disrespect to him, all i meant is that if you look for evidence of anything hard enough you will find it. Some will believe the legend of Wing Tsun, some will not. None of us can say for 100% definite either way, so I say, let everyone believe what they know to be the truth

My personal belief is that the legend is true, but I if you are inclined to believe otherwise, then fairplay!

  • Yeah, especially in a world filled with male chauvinists, nobody was gonna believe that Women invented Wing Chun. Therefore, if Wing Chun was told invented by a man, people would totally agree; rather, if it was told that it's invented by a woman, it would be called "A LEGEND". What a pity~~!!

  • It just seems unlikely that just a few persons should have invented this. And persons with little or no experience in fighting. You dont just go from zero to umm let me figure out an advanced combat system. It's more likely that it evolved over time, maybe 2-3 generations of martial artists. So that why, to me, it sounds like a legend that two chinese women invented this. Or two chinese men for that matter.

  • I want to date her !!

  • I believe she is currently available now. Oh, that was mean.

  • So they say. Legends are just legends.

Cute clip though. martial arts needs more women spokepersons.

  • Thanks to Ng Mui we have Wing Chun. R.I.P, ma'am.

  • thats crap, I'll vomit

  • what the hell! wing chun was not discovered by a buddhist nun! just simply wiki it or watch the hong kong movie ip man and u will know everything. nike is blatantly lying with this ad. 1 star out of 5 cos theres no zero.

  • It was discovered by a Buddhist nun.

  • If you wiki it will tell you it was discovered by a buddist nun...

  • @Shalomp

There is hardly any agreement on this point. And the fucking laughable film Ip Man is hardly historically accurate. Good fucking christ you are fucking moron.

  • Good fucking christ YOU are the fucking moron! get your brain out of your vagina!

  • Yes that certainly addressed my point. Fucking douchbag.

  • @Godsmasher22

and the point at hand is that you just can't stop living off your mum's vegetable garden. grow up.

  • No the point at hand is that you are acting as if this is a matter of settled history. It simply isn't. You may have reason to be skeptical of the hypothesis that Ng Mui, and Wing Chun were the progenitors, inventors, of said style, or at least the first iteration of said style.

That is not anything like justifying the claim that Nike is "blatantly" lying about history. Nike has simply offered by far the most popular creation myth of WC.

  • @Godsmasher22

yes indeed! nike was also the one who created the first shoe with a sole! on a side note, did u know that mcdonald's was the one who created the first meat sandwich and called it the 'burger'?

  • @Shalomp,

You are not really very good at tracking an argument are you?

  • @Godsmasher22

    u aren't really smart are u?

  • damn nike, exploiting everything they can.

  • How exactly is this exploitation?

  • this is WT!!!!

  • cute and lethal :-)

  • bellissimo!!!

  • yay for wing chun/wing tsun. i saw nipple btw. nice.

  • wing chun

number 1 of all the sports

  • its not a SPORT!

  • Too bad she's beating up a woman instead of a man, but wow a nike commercial featuring wing chun (yeah yeah I know, it says wing tsun)! Not bad!! :D

  • very nice ;)

  • this is a real shit dimostration of wing chun,te real wing chun is more fast pawerfull and expecially ACROSS THE WAR!

  • i'm pretty sure you don't have to be fast to be powerful...you lack leg power if you're only focus on being fast. i thought the demo was decent...

  • speed is power - she went for sum flashy kicks tho which uhm... isnt that practical

  • i'm not an expert and i'm not arguing. this nike ad is an ok demo but it ain't the real thing. i didn't see flashy kicks in this demo so maybe we was talking bout the wrong vid. in her other vid when she was goin against a couple of dudes on stage it was terrible. maybe you was talking bout that demo. speed without force lacks power. that's y u go thru vigorous training in the beginning, to develop the leg strength to have force behind your speed. anyone can kick or punch.

  • @lanigirod shhhhhhhh... I'm enjoying a girl fight...

  • It is cool, but her wing chun is a bit wrong stance, anyway, she is just an actress, she is good!
