I'm looking forward to the cardio sections on the new dvd, as well as the new tropical local! It will feel like a mini vacation each time I pop in the DVD. Something to look forward to in the middle of a freezing Canadian winter.

I am working hard right now so when I start classes in January I will be able to go full throttle immediately and get fitter than I have ever been.

I cannot wait for the new DVD! In the weeks leading up to the holidays I have been trying to remember the tips and tricks I learned from my Booty Camp experience! As much as I am trying, I have a feeling that after all of my holiday treats the "Bring the Heat Cardio" section of the new DVD will come in handy. ; )

Thank goodness the production etc has improved. No offense but the last video was terrible. Can't wait until January, the new DVD and Booty Camp again, yay!
