you dont NEED flashfxp

you dont NEED to do the ip config if you have a router

you can use ANY ftp client even windows client

you connect the pc client to the ps3's ip address.

to make this easier just skip the ip part entirely and use your fav ftp client.

@ZombieeDogs101 its not easy to downgrade from 3.70 and up... they removed the service mode which 3.55 has... u need a flasher to boot in recovery mode and that flasher cost like $40... im on 3.55cfw so far its worth it... even theirs no online play i can do it on my laptop anyway.. but cant play newer games since the game is signed on 3.60+ keys stillwaiting for hackers to do their job...

So much simpler, Drag and drop files onto a portable HDD, Plug HDD into PS3, Copy files onto HDD0 on PS3, Run with Gaia Manager or Multiman or whichever backup manager you use, then boom, your done. fuck this FTP shit, .

2: yes it needs to be jailbroken it's very simple now if you have 3.55 firmware

3: no you can not play online games with it because cfw can not access psn at this time maybe soon

@hockyplyr95 At the moment I dont think a Jailbreak exists for 3.72, But to do this sort of stuff, Yes! you do need a jailbroken console, If you wanted to play online with a pirated game then you run a massive risk of having an IP ban on your console and if your really unlucky then it may turn out that you get prosucuted, and is it really worth going to jail for $50 or what ever your currency is? Just go out and buy the game! perhaps when you have more experience you can get a stealth hack!

@DialgaPalkia2 Yes you can, just put a folder in the root of your psp called GAMEZ (yes, with a Z, not an S), then put the downloaded ps3 game inside that folder. Once you connect the psp to the ps3, the backup manager should recognize it, then you can play it from there, or copy to the internal hard drive.
