  • Imagine this in 1080p... I can only dream

  • 240p so we meet again

  • this potato isnt a video...!

  • All of you dumbasses complaining about the resolution, and the smart comments like did you record this with a Potato. The Video was uploaded in 2006, Pretty sure camaras where not as advanced as today, So get over it. Besides last I remember You EAT potatos.

  • @OMLJ0512

Thank you very much! For you stupids, like he said:"get over it"

  • did you record this with a potato?

  • The future of HD television, wow.

  • 240p

  • thumbs down for rez.

  • 240p we meet again

  • is hd xD

  • "He or she". I'm sure the 1 female swat sniper in the history of law enforcement really appreciated that.

  • I once dodged 4 simultaneous sniper shots at my head.

  • i once shot at someone 4 times but they didnt die they just dodged it.... wait that was you? you bastard!

  • ur vid suck balls fag

  • @tj13able yur grammar suck balls fag

  • if i had i dollar for every pixel there was in this vid.. id have a dollar

  • 308 round is an amazing long range rifle roumd in my opinion ppl have other opinions but dont rip on ppls prefrences thats being a dick and all the police r700 model is, is a r700 w/ a HS precision stock

  • fuck the police

  • @Kmaskable .308 winchester is a 30 caliber bullet with quite a bit more powder than most other 30 caliber cartridges. Next, there is a big difference between consumer grade ammunition, law enforcement grade, and military grade ammunitions, this being the distance at which they travel along with the lift and fall of the bullet. The idea ammunition lifts from the barrel then arcs down.

  • @Kmaskable u retard it is very powerful, VERY powerful, it doesnt suck, with this response of urs i highly doubt that u have ever actualy fired one....

  • one day that 700 is going to go off when you switch off the safety and kill somebody unintended

  • 308 or 7.62x51 (NATO) is a deadly round the remington700 rifle this dude is using is one of the most reliable rifle actions on the market it has virtually not been changed in like 40 years of service. It's a big bore and that round has plenty of propellant so do your homework man this weapon is used by s.w.a.t. teams and military snipers for a reason....

  • Just stick to black ops

  • @Kmaskable ok well im sorry i insulted u man i know 308s arent the best man ive shot one too man so yep.

  • @Kmaskable dude u dont know shit about rifle calibers your probably just some black ops fag.

  • @Kmaskable dude u dont know shit about rifle calibers your probably just some black ops fag

  • i glitched this, like this to get higher quality : )

  • he loads four, the fifth is in case he needs to use it on him self

  • @COOLCRIS10 WHAT THE HELL DUDE ! !

    HE JUST IT'S AN R700 ! ! !

  • I love that sniper so much.

  • press check?

  • @SpecialEd309 its were you pull the bolt back enough to see the bullet but not eject it. Hope that was helpful

  • @Hollowman110886 but can't you hear it cycle? or is it just a means to make absolutely sure? i guess the other question is why wouldn't it already be loaded prior to getting set for the shot, especially if you know your about to send one?

  • @SpecialEd309 most of the time when a swat sniper is called in its usually a HIGH risk situation, so they wouldn't load their gun until their ready to fire for safety reasons like other officers and innocent people around. Yes you can hear it cycle but when it comes time for that shot they might need to make that time count because it might be sudden moment and they only have seconds to decide. Just better to check it twice for peace of mind I guess.

  • @Hollowman110886 O! Gotcha... When I hear sniper I just think of military situations totally forget we've got snipers for those less civil individuals on the motherland. Didn't mean to come off negatively just curious about what that was about.

  • @SpecialEd309 yup np :)

  • @Hollowman110886 When a sniper is deployed there should always be rounds in the rifle. No exceptions. Don't forget that much of the sniper's job isn't shooting. It's surveillance and intel gathering. Snipers gathering intel without firing a shot is hugely important.

  • @ffryan I know thats what I'm trying to say. Once their setup their ready to fire and take action, but rememember were just talking about Swat team snipers here not Military. When swat is called in its usually last resort, but I do get what your saying.

  • @Hollowman110886 I'm talking about police too, military is a different world. Tactical teams are reserved for specific call types, the high risk stuff as you said. We will always deploy with loaded weapons. Some guys may not have a round chambered (especially in a Rem 700 due to the problems a few years back).

  • @ffryan Ya thats what I meant when I said they won't have their gun loaded. I should of said chambered, and yes I agree %100 that they should have their guns loaded. I know I would!

  • @Hollowman110886 Ahh, we're on the same page. If you want a good read about Law Enforcement sniping, read a book called "Cold Zero" by Chrs Witcomb. He was an FBI sniper at Ruby Ridge. A great read for somebody interested in the profession.

  • @ffryan Thanks will do.

  • L96A1 im guessing

  • @COOLCRIS10 What the fuck are you talking about?

  • I shot a sniper in Panama in 1985. I was so sick of hearing his mouth. I was never charged but he cryed like a bitch for weeks. His hand was savable.

  • @chrstphrharp i call bullshit... you probley born in 1985

  • I love how he calls it a bi-pod when it clearly has more than two extensions.

  • @jcpelly thats called a bi-pod with a gun sling.

  • @th3m4g I'll take your word for it.

  • @th3m4g

No, there are actually three extensions. Look to the left.

  • i was told that most work of a sniper in war is like crawling for kilometers laying in the dirt for days or just spoting important things on the field but such a swat sniper probably is more like shooting from a rooftop to neutralize danger dont get me wrong im sure that is an aweful lot of work

  • @MrUSAJAY the word sniper came from the british occupation of india. there is a very small vast bird called a snips and they use to shoot them with there rifles. to be able to kill them you had to have good range between you and the bird but or they fly away but cus you are so far away you had to be VERY good at shooting so thats how the word sniper came to be

  • Awesome !!!!

  • @MrUSAJAY the term sniper comes from the hunting of a bird called a "snipe"whilst the British were in Africa. You had to be stealthy, accurate yet quick. The best of the hunters were called "snipers".

  • @GibboSASR very interesting.

  • @GibboSASR

British soldiers in India as stated in Encyclopedia Britanica. Before that the US used to call them a "Skirmisher".

  • chek out my vid : collin creamer 1000 i was nine years old shooting 308 175 grain nightforce optics at 1000 yards now im 11 years old!!!

  • OpTic style..

  • good video bad resolucion xD

  • good video bad resolucion xD

  • Wow I can't believe these SNIPERS are trolling (Refers to the comments below)

  • this guy should put sleight of hand on.

  • quality could be a bit better but other than that its awesome

  • Do they get issued a rifle that they use for their entire carrer, or do they switch guns? I thought all rifles shoot differently?

  • @axcfds the rifles stay with the units, In the Army being a sniper is not a job its an assignment

  • I HATE U FUCKING LOSERS WHO TALK LIKE U KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT GUNS AND THE ARMY WHEN UR JUST SOME NERD WHO PLAYED WAY TO MUCH CALL OF DUTY.....

  • wat wouldnt we do without the almighty sniper if call of duty sniping was as hard as reality such as windcheck and distance measure tha game would be more challenging than scoping the gun and shooting while holding breath

  • @DruSoup Its a bipod, the strap is a sling.

  • Snipers have been known to use camera like tripods to take shots from a kneeling postion. You would find an example of the in the second Top Sniper Competition. check it out, its pretty awesome

  • if you use a harris bipod you obviously don"t know quality.

  • @blueinlight i guess i dont know quality.. i mean sure there are better out there, but with good wind, and doing my part, i still can expect 1 moa at 800 yards with a harris bipod.. certainly nothing to complain about

  • @blueinlight What? top shooters use harris bipods...

  • you need to stop copying videos and re posting them cuz it ruins the quality

  • wow can pierce a vest at half a mile. imagine that.

  • @DruSoup wow um if you what you were saying you would know that snipers do not use tripods, it is a bipod duh. First of all consider that the bipod has to fold up flush against the rifle for compact carry, which would be impossible with a tripod. The only tripod i have ever seen or heard of that is meant for shooting weighs about 10 pounds and is used for competitive shooters only. Not trying to call u retarded though just learn a lil b4 you start talking

  • @GSTYLEWESTCOAST im a sniper of almost two years now and i dont use either of them no tripod or bipod

  • @BHARMS2 cool, who do you shoot for? or do you mean you just took classes on long range shooting?

  • @GSTYLEWESTCOAST you cannot call yourself a sniper from taking long range shooting tactic classes lol its an actual "job title" in my case

  • @BHARMS2 yeah,i was being sarcastic, lots of people like to call themselves snipers after they just take civilian courses. oh and btw im not just stuckwithpellet guns i have a couple rifles and i've shot well up to 700 yards. And by "sniper"i meant a law enforcement shooter not some "contractor" but thanks

  • @GSTYLEWESTCOAST lol well kid tell ya what you can take your sense of understanding the term contractor and flip it out the window because you cannot fathom what i have done and the shots ive taken and the important role ive played in over 28 missions overseas alongside of the military, and the training i provide for law enforcement and military countrywide and dont think for one second that my training is for any civilian

  • @BHARMS2 alright, :p but ya gotta admit its difficult to believe someone who choses to brag about being a sniper over youtube. (btw i looked at the link, they said they DO train civilians...

  • @GSTYLEWESTCOAST yea they do train civilians but they train them on long range shooting cadre NOT sniper training buddy just being able to shoot long range doesnt make you a sniper theres alot more that goes along with it

  • @BHARMS2 yeah, i know that theres alot more to being a sniper than making the shot thats what i was trying to say in my very first comment...

  • @GSTYLEWESTCOAST Actually if he is with Dyna-corp or another company a "contractor" Means Federal Mercenary! And Law Enforcement Snipers are not true snipers they are long Range Shooters, and there goo ( No Disrespect ) However you take An Army Ranger SNIPER and look at the difference, Camo, Cover, Concealment, Stalking.... the list goes on!!!!!!!!!!!11

  • @ocahill12 swat-snipers dont need camoflauge in an urban situations, but if they are laying in the bushes sometimes they will wear ghillie suits. and they usaully want to be seen, so the bad-guys are far more likely to piss their pants and surrender.

  • @GSTYLEWESTCOAST Yea I know I had this discussion with a team from boston that was competing in the US Army International Sniper Competition in 2002, all I was saying is that Snipers are camo experts, and stalkers..... What you are referring to would actually be consider SWAT Snipers as SWAT Sharp shooters But what ever if it makes you feel better to be called Sniper that's cool we do the same job

  • Does alot of talking but doesn't really say anything

  • @DruSoup Sorry bro, but you are wrong and it is a bipod. Watch it again and pause it at :39 and you will be able to see the strap with a good view that it is only a bipod and not a tripod. What you might have taken as a 3rd leg may be the outer springs. Check it out.

  • I think Snipers are the best there is in the whole law enforcement.

  • im 14 and i want to serve my country ( by being a sniper preferably ) but also want to go into engineering. Can someone help me out? btw i have the perfect characteristics for both eg steady hands good eye sight and the grades for both. I know it isnt like cod and it is kill or be killed

  • @TheSiban LOL! you seriously shouldn't have mentioned cod

  • U dumb fuck it's a bipod, the strap is hanging down. U nvr use a tripod with a rifle retard

  • @DruSoup Oh man that made me laugh, dude with a gun = 0.

  • aww wow reloading a sniper doesnt look so hard lol

  • are those the same rounds with the ak 47?

  • @falloist No the AK-47 shoots the 7.62x39...that Remington 700 shoots the .308

  • @apomiller12 .308 is a 7.62, but its 7.62x51, so its slightly bigger.

  • @1shishin well your right and wrong you cant use a bullet from a .308 (7.62x51mm) in a ak round (7.62x39mm) they are slightly different in length (the bullet not the casing) they are both 30 caliber (7.62) but are very different in ways

  • @BHARMS2 fuckin tool....i hate how u try and act like u know so much about guns when ur just some faggot hick....

  • @BHARMS2 THANK YOU SOMEONE FINALLY KNOWS WTF THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!

  • hey i was wondering how to get involved in this future occupation please respond with information of any sort, thank you!

  • First you have to decide if you want to do police or military marksmanship. All the information does depend on that first decision. I would say decide who you want to work for then look at the requirements for that. Just know that you aren't going to start being a marksman for SWAT of Spec. Ops. until you pass quals and gain experience. Good Luck!

  • Thank you so much i want to go for police marksmanship so much. would you know of any requirements? or a place where i could see requirements.

  • I would actually go to the place you want to do marksmaship for and ask them what you would need to to do be a marksman. However, if you go into LE you would need to go to school in most states for CJ, the military however is different although you will have to go through basic. So make that decision as to who you want to work first.

  • @Neasyboi

If you plan on becoming a SWAT sniper, you're first going to have to be a patrol officer for several years. Then you have to pass SWAT qualifications and go through training. Every officer is trained in marksmanship, but the best go through further training related to sharpshooting. All in all, it's a very demanding and difficult road to chose, but if it's what you want, go for it. Also, start practicing shooting now.

  • I am not a police officer yet but you need to first become a police officer for more information on that contact your local department. After you need to be a police officer for a few years I think then you can apply for the team but its not easy.

  • true they should make the guys in the swat team sanwitches

  • i don't understand why they have an empty clip and then load it manually, it just seems like a waste of time, instead of loading before you head out somewhere. SWAT teams have to rely heavily on speed and surprise, they should do everything to eliminate time.

  • manual has better accuracy than auto

  • the methodyou use to insert ammo does not make anything more accurate.

  • @KingNuada1 beeing a sniper is all about patience plus its a old sniper trick to leave bullets out in the sun,it heats the bullet making it able to travel straiter and longer when fired from the rifle. Its useful when its a little windy and the sniper doesnt want to make a mistake

  • @WRH90059 where did you hear that im pretty sure thats bull. changing a bullets velocity would also affect the scope zero which is bad for accuracy.

  • @GSTYLEWESTCOAST Ive heard it from ex snipers in the U.S & NZ army also ive heard from my mates friends uncle who was a sniper in the spetsnaz(russian special forces)

  • @WRH90059 ok well assuming you are right then also consider why heating a bullet would affect the velocity?? Heat certainy affects gas propellants like co2 but it could have no effect on gunpowder. Besides it would not be practical, and snipers have developed equations that allow them to compensate for gravity and wind and if the BC of their bullet suddenly changed then that would only make it way more difficult

  • @GSTYLEWESTCOAST I have no idea its just an old sniper trick its been used since world war 2.Watch a documentry about the canadian sniper who shot a enemy like 1.5km away or something a top navy seal tried to do it and he used the old leave the bullet out in the sun trick =)

  • @WRH90059 you are completely full of shit watch my vids and you can clearly see that i know what im talking about when i say your full of it im a highly trained weapons specialist and shot lol you talk about knowing all these snipers lmfao you wouldnt be able to pick one out if they wore a sign saying the were

  • @BHARMS2 I dont know what your going on about but i havnt been on my channel for 4 months,i recently returned from a peace keeping tour in dili/east timor. You must of had this conversation with my mate curtis(guy who looked after my page).Hes not lying i was with him when he saw the doco they said it was and old sniper trick,The rest is BS though,My grandfathers mate was with the Spetsnaz Vympel though in 97 i believe after leaving the 81st regiment wich took part in grozny.

  • @WRH90059 i have been to 2 schools in the past 14 months specializing in ballistics and long range shooting and have never been told about keeping a round in the sun to increase accuracy for the most part we keep our ammunition in a dry safe place not out in the sun where the extremities could fracture any part of the bullet itself for it could render the accuracy

  • @BHARMS2 It was on the doco,im not a sharp shooter/sniper im just a rifleman i dont know about those types of things,Im not a expert with snipers.Ive only use a .22 with a scope attachment for hunting in the forrest.Your probably right sicne you have attended a specialist school. the most i know about snipers is how to ajust to wind direction and distance.

  • @BHARMS2 In some conditions, snipers leave rounds out in the sun to heat the propellant, raising it's temperature closer to it's flash point, making it burn quicker when fired. Isn't exactly a common practise, but it has been used before.

  • @KingNuada1 we load it manually to ensure that the bullet isnt damaged or nicked on the loading ramps it just ensures accuracy

  • @jethromayham Your full of shit.

  • where did this happen?

  • haha, how funny.... for guys like you there is no help

  • Thats just...horrible mate....plain horrible...

  • @jethromayham what she black and was it a watermelon? O_0

  • @jethromayham cool story bro

  • @jethromayham

A year later and you're still a piece of shit for posting that.

  • 'bull shit a rifle would have to be like 1/8moa to shoot all 5 rounds in a penny. fucking liar '..

Kellyrt, consider the fact that 1 MOA is 1" at 100 yards. This is almost surely the distance he is shooting in this situation. Because a penny is almost an inch itself, a rifle would only be required to shoot about .8 MOA to make this shot (1/8" is .125 MOA).

A 1/8 MOA rifle would shoot penny sized groups to about 750 yards.

  • actually, a moa is 1.047" at 100 yards. Sorry, im a smartass.

  • Comment removed

  • yes i know but i was trying to give an example. but yes i know about that kinda junk =) the older portable machine guns where mounted on a tripod

  • LOOKS GOOD

  • Comment removed

  • because this isn't call of doodie

  • everyone...its a bipod...not a tripod...a tripod is like what you put your video cameras on

  • tripod-3 "legs"

    bipod-2 "legs

    :)

  • unipod- a stick

  • usually referred to as a shooting stick..

  • @boomlightsout , shooting sticks are either 1 leg or 2, but not attached to gun.

  • thats what i said...

  • ure right not cuz that count how many pod legs there are

  • TRI pod has 3 legs therefore TRI

BI pod has 2 legs ... AND THATS HOW mANY LEGS THERE ARE ON THAT RIFLE.

  • sorry 35 seconds

  • firdt of all dont be calling a 14 year old a dumbass

    second

    i see three legs

and you said tri was to

    DUMB_ASS

  • No offense but whats so special about a 14 year old?

  • sniprs are the shit. but the video quality shit as well.

  • snipers can be good because of training or more generally they've grown up with it

  • bot saying that whatever your nationality is, that is how good of a sniper you are, but the training in russia is probably the best, and in canada...i don't know to be honest

  • If you're going by longest recorded precision shot. It is by a Canadian JTF2 Sniper. The training is the best in the world maybe second only to that of the Russians. No other force can compete with them though. I love USA, but they fall behind the Force Recon Snipers of the world.

  • american snipers are not close to the greatest, canadian and russian snipers are the best

  • marksmanship is a talent...not on what country you're from

  • Arabs aren't bad snipers altho the americans are totally better than the towel heads but americans are not number 1 snipers there are other better snipers americans snipers are 1 of the best tho

  • arab snipers arnt that good it doesnt take that much skill to shoot across the street from a building

  • thats true but candian sniper dude they could hoot a hair off your dam hair

  • there right arabs are good snipers us snipers well.... arent the best

  • Fuckin' towelhead, we'll school your ass in sniping. Arabs can bow down and suck our american dicks!

  • no they cant!

why would you want a dirty arab down there?

    XD

  • hahaha good one

  • what the fuck? arab sniper hahahaha what a joke! the arabs are good at blowing themselves up. but not as a marksman, all those fuckin ragheads gotta do is get in one of those muddhouses the arabs call home and start spraying their rifles until one round finaly hits a US soldier on a static position

and that does not require any skill whatsoever. just to be a fuckin arab illiterate suicidal maniac terrorist.

  • its true, im a mercenari and i work in afganistan arab sniper= suicide shit

  • man no all we see you do is fly in airplane hitting building because you dont know how to land and with a sniper you would probably face it the wrong way and shoot yourself in the face.

  • Roger That.

  • bull shit a rifle would have to be like 1/8moa to shoot all 5 rounds in a penny. fucking liar

  • he didn't say the distance

  • i prefer to put my sleeping on top attached with bungies.I also like to take dry food stuffs due to their light weight & just make sure i camp near to a water source.

  • I´d rather use an Ipod xD

  • real sniper have to spend days shitting in their pants trying to not get detected while getting to their main objective waiting for their target to appear in days.

i know this from a american vietnam war sniper

  • If their shitting in there pants wont the smell give your away.
