How the heck do you do that? I've been wondering how to swallow cylindrical balloons for many months, now! I would like to do it because it would feel cool to accomplish something like that! (and no, I don't plan on swallowing swords)

It looks like it all goes down in still blown up. I bet that big thing hurts until it weakens and pops inside your stomach.
